Унікальні властивості: This is a raw residential unit designed as a retirement home. Its uniqueness is in its multi layered approach. The project treats sound as a core design element, seamlessly integrating acoustic strategies into the layout and materials. It translates the imagery of Maple Garden into the home's aesthetics, creating a poetic environment. The layout uses screens and sliding doors to create flexible spaces that are both open and private, adapting to different activities.

Key approaches include using semi open layouts defined by curved glass screens and grille sliding doors. The living room's main wall, made of emerald green marble, conceals the TV behind a sliding system to maintain its sculptural integrity. The design also uses a holistic sound strategy, including wet thick partition walls for insulation and sound guide grooves in the ceiling to absorb echoes, all for optimal music performance.
