Про Nexcell Orbit RX Термопластавтомат

Nexcell Orbit RX — це машина для лиття під тиском еластомерів з фізичним спінюванням, розроблена для виробництва проміжних підошов взуття. Машина змішує надкритичний газ із пластиком і формує деталі методом лиття під тиском, завдяки чому уникається хімічне спінювання, а матеріал може бути повністю перероблений. Два лотки та здвоєні інжекційні пристрої дозволяють реалізувати кілька режимів виробництва на обмеженій площі цеху. Корпус виготовлений із листового металу з покриттям у білому та синьому кольорах із вбудованим сигнальним світлом. Бічні та задні входи полегшують заміну прес-форм, очищення та планове технічне обслуговування.

Унікальні властивості: At present, most of the footwear industry uses EVA foam as the material for the midsole. However, its chemical foaming will bring problems such as harmful gas generated during decomposition, materials that cannot be recycled, complicated manufacturing processes, and the size of the finished product that is not easy to control. NexCell was successfully developed to make lighter shoes that could solve environmental pollution and meet consumers psychological expectations at the same time.
Розміри та упаковка: Orbit RX color continues to use comfortable and stable white as the base, with the brand spirit of blue, presenting a sense of technology and integrating the warning light function to show precision, reliability, professionalism, technology, and vitality. The rear side of the machine adopts a modular enclosure design with a laser-cut mesh window design of the brand logo to enhance brand recognition and facilitate heat dissipation, monitoring, and safety protection functions, further enhancing competitiveness.
