Про Casa Della Quercia Одноквартирна вілла

Casa Della Quercia — це одноквартирна вілла, зведена на мальовничій ділянці на схилі пагорба зі столітнім дубом. Єдиний надземний поверх площею 105 квадратних метрів включає дві спальні, кухню, велику вітальню та дві ванні кімнати. Басейн розташований у затишному внутрішньому дворику з мікрокліматом, придатним для міжсезоння, завдяки чому передній газон залишається відкритим. Центральна шахта забезпечує надходження світла та повітря до приміщень цокольного поверху. Товщина стін становить 53 сантиметри з 16-сантиметровим шаром теплоізоляції, а тепловий насос забезпечує підлогове опалення та охолодження. Плоский дах спрощує обслуговування будівлі.

Унікальні властивості: Land well exposed and panoramic with a centuries-old oak. Дизайнерський виклик: The project had a difficult bureaucratic process due to the choice, unusual in Italy, of the flat roof because the architecture with the flat roof is seen as strange, due to the continuous proliferation of houses with "non-habitable" attics that have lowered the quality real estate aesthetics. To reduce summer radiation, the large windows have a custom designed sliding dark wood system. There is also a sunscreen on the southwestern facade.

Натхнення: The Italian rationalist houses of the thirties were the inspiration behind the design. The simple volume has been designed to avoid thermal dispersions. The flat roof allows for easy maintenance. The careful study of the interiors has allowed the creation of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room, 2 bathrooms in just 105 m2. Large windows for a feeling of continuity between inside and out. On one side the panorama and on the other a vast sheltered space.
