Про Bradco Заводська будівля

Bradco — це промислова будівля, спроєктована для виробництва ремінців для годинників та розкішних шкіряних виробів у Каштелу-де-Пайва, Португалія. Планування фабрики організоване навколо природного освітлення. На даху розміщено кілька світлових люків, завдяки чому виробнича зона залишається світлою для працівників. На фасаді використано місцевий камінь у поєднанні зі скляними та сталевими елементами, що пов'язує будівлю з навколишньою територією. Великі скляні поверхні створюють прозорість між інтер'єром та навколишнім ландшафтом. Проєкт було реалізовано у період з 2019 по 2020 рік.

Унікальні властивості: Bradco, the Industrial Unit. The factory that produces luxury in Portugal! Located in the municipality of Castelo de Paiva. The industry is distinguished by the fact that it is a company with a lot of light, unlike many.

It was a very attractive architectural project due to its industrial characteristics and for being able to combine a factory in such a beautiful landscape. Representing Bradco in Portugal was a source of pride. Being able to contribute to the growth of the factory and the number of jobs was very challenging.
