Проект розташований у новому центрі Гуаньху, район Лонхуа, Шеньчжень. Це комплексний комплекс, що об’єднує спортивний парк, спортзал, культурний центр, бібліотеку, художню галерею, концертний зал і великий театр із загальною площею забудови 75 000 квадратних метрів.
