Про Spring Breeze Дизайн інтер'єру офісу

Spring Breeze — це офісний простір у Куньміні, провінція Юньнань, Китай. Проєкт являє собою реновацію окремої будівлі зі сталевою конструкцією з внутрішньою площею 1000 квадратних метрів. Усередині оригінальної конструкції за традиційними технологіями було зведено дерев'яний підвісний будинок із застосуванням шипових з'єднань без цвяхів. Два ряди колон і балок підтримують підвішені кімнати та коридори. Дизайн із подвійними стінами контролює сонячне світло, що потрапляє в робочу зону через скляний фасад. Дерев'яний будинок створює візуальний контраст зі сталевою будівлею.

The designer built a wooden hanging house in the original building and transformed the interior space with architectural design techniques to form a reasonable spatial and optimize the space environment.

Робочий процес: The project locates at Kunming with a highland climate. A double-wall design is adopted to control the interior sunlight that penetrates directly into the work area through the glass facade. The diffracted light reflected by the wooden fence also becomes a unique decorative element of the space.
Moreover, the designer also sets up a sunlight area, and people can enjoy the plateau sunshine at leisure time.
