The goal was to identify friction in physical workflows and software interactions. Research revealed a mismatch between static desktop tools and dynamic, movement-based tasks. Through scenario testing and iterative prototyping, the team developed mobile-first flows, location-aware interfaces, and QR-enabled actions that align with how users move, think, and act in real-world environments.
Илһам: This project was grounded in direct field research with inventory staff across warehouses and service centers. By observing their workflows, pain points, and physical environments, we uncovered critical mismatches between static desktop tools and their dynamic, movement-based work. This insight inspired a mobile design that mirrors real-world logic, reduces friction, and empowers users to act confidently while in motion.
