Tungkol sa In-between Lines Disenyo ng Panloob na Espasyo ng Tahanan

Ang In-between Lines ay isang disenyo ng panloob na espasyo ng tahanan para sa maliit na apartment na may 39 metro kwadrado sa New Taipei City, Taiwan. Ginagamit ng split-level na layout ang magkakapatong na framed na mga volume upang tukuyin ang pader ng telebisyon, ang salaming kabinet, ang waterproof na labahan, at ang pader ng bookshelf. Ang split-level na mga slab ng sahig ay pinananatili sa loob lamang ng 10 sentimetro upang maiwasan ang pakiramdam ng pagkasikip, samantalang ang pinababang kisame ay nagtatago sa mga wiring at kagamitang serbisyo. Ang natural na earth tones, kahoy, at mga halaman ay lumilikha ng payapang kapaligiran. Ang full-height na bintana ng kusina at mga bahaging salamin sa mga pader ng silid-tulugan ay nagpapapasok ng liwanag ng araw sa loob.

Mga Natatanging Katangian: After the design team has precisely calculated usage need of the client, the overlapping Intersecting Spaces serve their connective and multi-purpose functions with framed volumes in demarcating interior domains, such as the TV wall, mirrored cabinet, waterproof basin and bookshelf wall for storing the collection of the client.
Mga Sukat at Packaging: As this petite space was created out of volumes of special styling, supported by the wall surface, the flexible design has catered for considerations for artistic aesthetics and storage practicality. In order to avoid wiring affecting the interior aesthetics, a lowered ceiling was installed to conceal the wiring and service equipment so as to maintain the pristine visual perception of an open and transparent interior.

Hamon sa Disenyo: As the interior area is very limited, how to integrate many functional requirements, and to optimize natural lighting, became the most challenging issues to be resolved in this project, and as the design team utilized the intersecting volumes to meet the living requirements, full-height window at the kitchen, as welling as having glass on part of the bedroom walls and door, have allowed natural light into the interior.
Pananaliksik: As the whole interior was filled with white, green and grey color tones, complemented with timber elements and greenery, the entrance and staircases have made smooth transitions into the rest of the interior domains with the grey-scale articulating the primal nature in the public domain, and the warm bedrooms showcasing the collections of books and artifacts from their trips, as well as creative storage and dress closet concealing service elements.
Inspirasyon: As the client couple is travel enthusiasts who enjoy the ambiance of culturally enriched hotels for their residence, the design team adopted a natural earth color tone in creating a comfortable space in an interior space of 39 square meters with ample storage.
Tagal ng Proyekto: The construction of this project was started on February 25th 2019, and completed on August 25th 2019, in New Taipei City, Taiwan.
Daloy ng Operasyon: As petite as this project may be, the design team precisely calculated the interior dimension and proportion, as well as keeping the split-level floor-slab thickness to within 10cm so as to create a non-oppressive living environment. While living functions and floor-usage are optimized, there is still sense of spatial layers within such confined yet exquisite space.
