Tungkol sa Roof House Residensyal

Ang proyektong Roof House, na nakalagay sa bubong ng isang showroom ng sasakyan sa Kermanshah, ay humahamong sa mga tradisyonal na paniniwala tungkol sa mga espasyong pang-tahanan. Sinisiyasat ng proyektong ito ang mga alternatibong paraan upang baguhin ang konsepto ng bahay at ilipat ang pag-unawa nito mula sa bagong pananaw. Muling binibigyang-kahulugan nito ang karaniwang bahay sa pamamagitan ng tatlong pangunahing konsepto: Destruksiyon, kung saan ang mga panlabas na pwersa ay nagpapabago sa anyo ng bahay; Eksplosiyon, kung saan ang mga istruktura at di-istrukturang elemento ay lumalabis at umaatras mula sa mga guho; at Ekspansyon, kung saan ang mga elemento ay nangingibabaw sa iba sa pamamagitan ng paglaganap ng kanilang esensya.

Ang Roof House Residensyal ay nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Bronse, isang lubhang prestihiyosong pagkilalang iginagawad sa mga natatanging disenyong nakikilala sa pagkamalikhain, katalinuhan at talas ng isip. Ang mga nagwagi ng Bronse ay mga likhang lubhang mahusay at kapansin-pansing malikhain na nagpapatunay sa malawak na karanasan, imahinasyon at pagkamaparaan ng kanilang mga tagapagdisenyo. Inaasahang ang Roof House Residensyal ay isang lubos na pinahahalagahan, hinahangaan at minamahal na bagay na kapansin-pansing propesyonal at makabago. Ang disenyong ito na nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Bronse ay nagsasama ng pinakamahuhusay na kasanayan sa sining, agham, disenyo at teknolohiya, at mahusay dahil sa pansin nito sa detalye. Ang Roof House Residensyal ay kahanga-hangang tumutugon sa mga pangangailangan, humahaplos sa mga hangarin, bumibighani sa damdamin at umaakit sa pag-uusisa.

Mga Natatanging Katangian: "Roof House" is at the entrance of Kermanshah providence, Gilane-Gharb, located on a flat roof 15 ×32 meters of a car showroom. The location of the current situation shows a house in a non-residential, somehow industrial area. In general, at the beginning, it challenges the public beliefs about the location of the house.

Teknolohiya sa Produksyon: To integrate it with the existing structure, the framework of the original buildings was extended to ensure continuity with the new construction. Also, the LSF (Light Steel Frame) system was utilized to reduce the structural weight of an extension.
Hamon sa Disenyo: This project started from a generic type of house that existed in our common sense. Therefore, these questions were raised. How can we transfigure the house concept in another way?
How is it possible to shift the understanding of the house from our perspective?
Pananaliksik: The main purpose of this project is to experiment on the generic model of the house. Hence, for this idea of transformation of the generic object, we are following three strategies to execute the concept of form. The first one is Destruction, which emerges from the external forces on the object. The second one is Explosion, in which the object is exaggerating its properties to transfigure itself. And the last one is Expansion. In this strategy, the object’s features infect the surrounding objects and try to disturb their essence.
Inspirasyon: The project began with a generic type of house that exists in common understanding. In this context, the question was raised: how can the concept of a house be transfigured in a new way? How can the understanding of a house be shifted from a different perspective? "Roof House" is not merely a generic house; rather, it represents what remains of the generic house. This is referred to as object debris, a state that emerges when the conventional perception of a house is dismantled.

Daloy ng Operasyon: So as we can see, three keywords indicate our path during the project.
The first one is "Destruction". Destruction is the method which the object itself is demolished by some external forces that are pushing pressure on our generic house to get deformed from its previous state. The second keyword is "Explosion". When the object exaggerates its elements, such as structural properties (beams, columns) or non-structural things (windows, doors, or some of the roofs), we can realize that the explosion is happening inside the house. Somehow the object is withdrawn from the debris itself. The last one is Expansion. In this way, one of the objects in this house is trying to dominate the other objects by infecting or grasping the other object's essence. in "Roof House" a few methods were executed to evoke our object to emerge for us these concepts of form which are occurring in the generic house. As you follow the drawings in the project, you can see the pool on the roof as an object distributed itself by expanding its material on the surrounding objects. Or you will see some destructured objects disclosing themselves by overtaking the current existing generic house.
