Ang Disenyo

Tungkol sa Nubed Kutson

Ang Nubed ay isang kutson na dinisenyo para sa komportableng pahinga. Ang kutson ay may mga apat na sulok na bilog at may takip na stretch polyester na sumusunod sa hugis ng katawan. Sa loob, daan-daang mga minispring na gawa sa high resilience polyurethane foam ang lumilikha ng mga independiyenteng sona ng pahinga. Ang tigas ng mga sonang ito ay nag-iiba-iba sa buong kutson upang maibigay ang tamang suporta sa bawat bahagi ng katawan. Ang hangin ay malayang dumadaloy sa mga espasyo sa loob, na nagpapahusay sa bentilasyon ng foam. Ang bawat layer ay pinuputol gamit ang computer-controlled na makina at idinidikit sa susunod na layer.

Ang Nubed Kutson ay nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Bakal, isang prestihiyosong pagkilalang iginagawad sa mga mahuhusay na disenyong tumutugon sa mga propesyonal at pang-industriyang kinakailangang inaasahan sa mga mahusay na pagkakadisenyong likha. Ang mga nagwagi ng Bakal ay nagpapakita ng dakilang husay, mataas na espesyalisasyon, dalubhasang pag-unawa at kakayahang malikhain ng kanilang mga lumikha. Inaasahang ang Nubed Kutson ay isang lubos na pinahahalagahan, hinahangaan at minamahal na likhang praktikal at makabago. Ang disenyong ito na nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Bakal ay nagsasama ng pinakamahuhusay na kasanayan ng industriya at may mahuhusay na katangiang teknikal na may kasamang kaalaman at talento. Ang Nubed Kutson ay iginagalang dahil sa kaingatan nito at idinisenyo upang maghatid ng mga pagpapabuti sa kalidad ng buhay na tumutulong gawing mas mabuting lugar ang mundo.

Mga Natatanging Katangian: Is a mattress with an unique look, with rounded corners to remind us that going to bed should be smooth and relaxing. The stretch fabric easily contours to the body. Inside there are hundreds of minisprings made of high resilience foam that create independent resting minizones that vary their firmness along the mattress to provide the right support to each part of the body. Thru its interior spaces the air moves freely solving the ventilation problems that is present in most foam mattres.

Teknolohiya sa Produksyon: The design of the core and comfort layers were made applying ergonomic principles with CAD software. Using a CNC contouring machine each layer was cut in two dimensions from a high resilience polyurethane foam block. The layers are glued together with hotmelt adhesive. The cover was cut and sewn and it is made from polyester stretch fabric.
Hamon sa Disenyo: To find a way to make a mattress that was different from the average mattress and its look had to communicate this in the first impression. The design of the core or support system was challenging because it had to be functional and offer both support and comfort at the same time all these was possible selecting proper fabrication materials and using technologies like CAD software and CNC machines.
Pananaliksik: The goal of the project was to present an innovative type of mattress, starting from the design of the support system which was possible thanks to an ergonomic and mechanical analysis of a mattress. The support forces of the system were calculated according to the body’s weight distribution resulting in different comfort areas with different amount of support.
Inspirasyon: In the world there are people who see and make things in a different way from other people and dream about making changes in aspects of life that really matters. All of them want to make a difference in this world. Every important project or task starts with a dream and those dreamers need the perfect place to start dreaming, a peaceful and comfortable mattress that reminds them how unique they are.
Tagal ng Proyekto: Started in 2019 and finished in 2021 in Mexico City.
Daloy ng Operasyon: The user only needs lay down and the mattress will work adapting to the body and providing the right amount of support. No matters if the person sleeps on its back, side or stomach the minisprings inside will gently compress and contour to the body helping to release pressure. In case the mattress would need to be move it is easy to do it because it is light weight but very resistant.
