Ang Komunidad ng Future Headquarters ay isang disenyong urban para sa isang distritong may pinaghalong gamit sa Hangzhou, China. Pinagsasama ng plano ang mga tungkulin ng opisina at tirahan upang paglingkuran ang mga kumpanya at ang kanilang mga kawani. Ang mga matataas na gusali ay nakapalibot sa isang sentral na parke, na gumugunita sa mga bundok sa paligid ng West Lake. Ang mga tampok na tubig ay nag-uugnay sa mga pangunahing pampublikong espasyo, na tumutukoy sa Grand Canal. - This project is located in The CBD area of Hangzhou.Through intelligent big data analysis and research on the surrounding areas of the main city center,also the development rules of the global headquarters and the ratio of industrial residential functions,we clarified the development direction of the innovation headquarters community.Also,landscape interface and high-rise cohesion are added to ensure that the spatial form fits the land value and meets the needs of headquarters and talents.
- Inspirasyon
- This work is inspired by the integration of modern city impression and local culture of World Heritage.The spatial frame of high-rise buildings surrounding the Central Park , is an analog of mountains surrounding the West Lake. The water flow connecting core public spaces，is a metaphor of wave of China Grand Canal. The city and landscape are integrated, as if working and living in the park or on the waterfront.
