Ang Sports Familyization ay isang mobile application na idinisenyo upang tulungan ang mga pamilya na makabuo ng regular na gawi sa ehersisyo. Ipinapakita ng application ang mga layunin sa ehersisyo sa anyo ng mga gawain. Nahahati ang mga gawain sa tatlong uri: personal na gawain, gawaing pampamilya, at gawaing may gantimpala. Maaaring tanggapin ng mga user ang mga gawain ayon sa kanilang libreng oras, o maglathala ng bagong gawain at itakda ang uri ng gawain, ang tatanggap, at ang lokasyon. Then conduct market research to analyze the development of user habits. Then I checked the literary work "The Power of Habit" Charles Duhigg, and finally made a completely logical design through the method of ux research.
