Tungkol sa Sorkhab Packaging

Ang Sorkhab Brow Soaps ay gawa sa vegan at animal cruelty-free na sangkap. Para sa kadahilanang iyon, nais nilang tiyakin na ang packaging ay sumasalamin din sa likas na katangian ng nilalaman nito at iyon ang dahilan kung bakit pinili nila ang kahoy bilang kanilang pangunahing materyal. Ang makinis na mga balangkas ng pakete ay maaaring mahuli ng mga mamimili' pansin, higit pa. Ang produkto sa loob (sabon) ay gawa sa 100 % vegan na materyales, ang pakete nito ay nagbibigay din ng katotohanan na ito ay eco-friendly. Ang buong pakete ay binuo mula sa mga nasayang na hardwood na matatagpuan sa industriya ng muwebles. Iyon ang isa sa mga dahilan kung bakit pinili ang kahoy kaysa sa iba.

Ang Sorkhab Packaging ay nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Bakal, isang prestihiyosong pagkilalang iginagawad sa mga mahuhusay na disenyong tumutugon sa mga propesyonal at pang-industriyang kinakailangang inaasahan sa mga mahusay na pagkakadisenyong likha. Ang mga nagwagi ng Bakal ay nagpapakita ng dakilang husay, mataas na espesyalisasyon, dalubhasang pag-unawa at kakayahang malikhain ng kanilang mga lumikha. Inaasahang ang Sorkhab Packaging ay isang lubos na pinahahalagahan, hinahangaan at minamahal na likhang praktikal at makabago. Ang disenyong ito na nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Bakal ay nagsasama ng pinakamahuhusay na kasanayan ng industriya at may mahuhusay na katangiang teknikal na may kasamang kaalaman at talento. Ang Sorkhab Packaging ay iginagalang dahil sa kaingatan nito at idinisenyo upang maghatid ng mga pagpapabuti sa kalidad ng buhay na tumutulong gawing mas mabuting lugar ang mundo.

Mga Natatanging Katangian: Since the product inside (soup) is made out of 100 % vegan materials, its package also conveys the fact that it is Eco-Friendly. The whole package is built out of the wasted hardwoods found in the furniture industry. That is one of the reasons why wood has been chosen over other materials.

Teknolohiya sa Produksyon: The product was modeled with Rhino3D modeling software. The initial prototype was built by a Three-Axis CNC milling machine. To control the final manufacturing prices, the design is adjusted a bit, to the point that it is manufacturable by the rotary CNC milling machine. As for the eco-friendly approach, it's produced by wasted furniture industry hardwoods, they are all from Walnut, Beech, Ash, and Alder woods.
Hamon sa Disenyo: Wood has been chosen as the main material to emphasize the product's nature as a vegan and animal cruelty-free cosmetic. Finding the best production method while having a reasonable price, was also a great challenge in this project.
Pananaliksik: The fact that a growing number of people are gravitating towards Eco-Friendly materials and this cruelty-free and natural cosmetic product combination pushed the design research to focus on natural materials and sustainable ways of collecting and using them.
Inspirasyon: Being the ultimate source of inspiration, Nature played a crucial role in the process of the ideation stage. The organic shape of the wooden package was adopted from the curvature of the river stones, resulting in a smooth and sustainable design.

Daloy ng Operasyon: It has tried to involve the audience in three different levels. First, they will notice the unusual outlines of the product and may find the streamlining of it interesting and unique. Second, they grab it in their hands and feel the natural texture of the wood. And third, they might find it really easy to use when trying to open the lid and using the product inside. There are three inserted magnets installed in the wooden package for its closure means. To open the wooden case, you can simply detach the lid from the magnets and easily use the soup.
