Ipinahihiwatig ng mga pino at pinong materyales ang kalidad ng espasyo sa isang marangya ngunit hamak na paraan. Isang pagkakatugma ng kadiliman at natural na liwanag upang balansehin ang living space na may matalim na kaibahan. At isang puwang na nagsisilbing palawakin at lumikha ng walang hanggang espasyo. Ang bagong dami ng madilim na kulay at ang kumbinasyon ng marmol at wood grain ay lubos na naglabas ng kalidad ng buong espasyo. Pagsasama sa hindi direktang pag-iilaw at natural na liwanag upang magbigay ng pakiramdam ng init.

Ang disenyong ito na nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Bronse ay nagsasama ng pinakamahuhusay na kasanayan sa sining, agham, disenyo at teknolohiya, at mahusay dahil sa pansin nito sa detalye. Ang Luxury of Silence Residential ay kahanga-hangang tumutugon sa mga pangangailangan, humahaplos sa mga hangarin, bumibighani sa damdamin at umaakit sa pag-uusisa.

Mga Natatanging Katangian: Fine and delicate materials imply the quality of the space in a luxury but modest way. A juxtaposition of the darkness and natural light to balance out the living space with strong contrast. And a space that serves to expand and create a timeless space.
Mga Sukat at Packaging: This is a double stories cluster house total built-up area of 242 square meters with 4 rooms & 4 bathrooms.

Teknolohiya sa Produksyon: The new volume of dark colours and the combination of marble and wood grain has greatly brought out the quality of the entire space. Integrating with indirect lighting and natural light to give a sense of warmness.

Bright colours with the combination of light wood grain have become the main concept for the children’s bedroom. The natural light has lightened up the entire space and it gives a vibrant growing environment for the children.
Hamon sa Disenyo: Changing the architectural layout and the completion of the design details were the challenge of this project. First, we have made some layout adjustments on the ground and first floors, and the transfer of building structures from this can only be completed after several discussions with professional consultants. Second is to ensure that the outcome reflect the personality of the homeowner and the practicality of life, we need to consider every detail, the selection of stone , wood grain, color, loose furniture, curtain and all textures are carefully selected and discussed with the owner.
Pananaliksik: Design is a balance between art and client requirement.
Inspirasyon: The homeowner is a married couple with 2 children. As the owner hope that through the quality of an interior space could improve the quality of life. And we also truly believe that our daily surroundings influence our sense of well-being. Therefore, the design is based on the personality of the homeowner and we hope that their children could grow up in such an environment that helps to inspire them.
Tagal ng Proyekto: The project started in October 2019 and finished in October 2020 in Johor, Malaysia.
Daloy ng Operasyon: We relocate the door for the wet kitchen so it creates smoother circulation and allows more space for the living room and dining area. On the other hand, this allows the sunlight stream down through the skylight, irradiating the courtyard and the wet kitchen at the same time.
