Tungkol sa ServiceNow Primary Function: Disenyo ng Panloob na Opisina

Ang ServiceNow ay isang disenyo ng panloob na opisina na sumasaklaw sa 1800 metro kuwadrado sa dalawang magkakabit na gusali. Pinapalitan ng layout ang mga saradong cubicle ng mga semi open-space na upuan na nakaayos bilang mga working neighborhood. Nagmula ang konsepto sa pananaliksik tungkol sa ideya ng isang kapitbahayan, kapwa bilang isang espasyo at bilang isang lokal na populasyon. Isang simpleng sketch ng partisyon na may manipis na gilid at isang diagonal na pagtawid ang humubog sa pattern ng reception, sa mga bukas na phone booth at sa mga partisyon. Ginagamit ang reclaimed wood sa kitchen island ng cafeteria at sa tribune, at ang mga recycled na building block ang bumubuo sa base ng island.

Ang mga nagwagi ng Pilak ay mga likhang lubhang makinang at napakamalikhain na naglalarawan sa pambihirang kadalubhasaan, talento at talas ng isip ng kanilang mga tagapagdisenyo. Inaasahang ang ServiceNow Primary Function: Disenyo ng Panloob na Opisina ay isang kahanga-hangang likhang huwaran na kapansin-pansing propesyonal at malalim na makabago. Ang disenyong ito na nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Pilak ay isang lubhang kapansin-pansin at hinahangaang imbensyon na nakikinabang at nagpapaunlad sa mga hangganan ng sining, agham, disenyo at teknolohiya. Ang ServiceNow Primary Function: Disenyo ng Panloob na Opisina ay isang likhang labis na kinaiinggitan na gumigising ng mga hangarin, nagdadala ng positibong damdamin at nagpapasiklab ng pagkamangha at pagkabighani.

Mga Natatanging Katangian: The initial concept of the project was born from the research of what is Israeli "Locality". Taking into consideration that the company shifted from sitting in cubicles to sitting in a semi open-space, this created the perfect basis to the concept. The term "neighborhood" was studied in terms of space, and in terms of the local population. The brief received spoke the love and appreciation for recycled and local materials. These two became the basis to the design.
Mga Sukat at Packaging: The project is 1800 sqm including a new section in a new building, and a renovated side in the original building. Both Buildings are connected and therefore it is one large office.

Teknolohiya sa Produksyon: Following the brief's importance in using recycled materials, we used recalimed wood in the cafeteria kitchen island, along with the cafeteria's tribune. In addition, the kitchen island top wood is placed on recycled building blocks used as the base to the island.
Hamon sa Disenyo: The challenge of the project from the clients' side was "selling" the transition from cubicles to open-space seating. Therefore, for us, the creative research for the correct partiton that will part between workers and also between the workers and the social corridor was a main challenge. In addition, budget was challenging and therefore the design had to be unique and creative but not expensive.
Pananaliksik: We researched the term "neighborhood" in terms of space, and in terms of the local population. We asked questions such as "what is eating in a neighborhood?" "what is it like working in a neighborhood?" "what is it like socializing in a neighborhood?" and etc. in addition, the client gave us a brief which spoke the love and appreciation for recycled, re-used, local materials.
The answers to these questions and requests were the first blossoms to the initial plan layout, design concept, materials and colors, and even the fine details of the graphic language, carpentry and furniture.
Inspirasyon: We researched the term "neighborhood" in terms of space, and in terms of the local population. We asked questions such as "what is eating in a neighborhood?" "what is it like working in a neighborhood?" "what is it like socializing in a neighborhood?" The design language was born from a basic sketch of an almost tribal looking partition, with a thin border and a diagonal crossing. This produced the formative design coming to life in the reception pattern, the open phone booth, and partitions.
Tagal ng Proyekto: Project started in October 2019 in Petah Tikva Israel and finished October 2020.
Daloy ng Operasyon: The project includes an entrance with a large reception and a Client-Facing conference room, 2 large training rooms connected by a collectible partition, small coffee point for visitors, large cafeteria, A-Formal and Formal conference rooms and meeting salons, open phone booths, phone booth rooms and a neighborhood working area. In addition there is a game room and a large A formal conference room with a wooden tribune.
