CR Land Luyang MiXC ay isang sentrong pamilihan sa Hefei, China. Ang gusali ay may mahigit 220 nangungupahan sa loob ng kabuuang lapad na sahig na 76,115 metro kuwadrado. Isang paikot na ruta ng sirkulasyon para sa pamimili ang nakaayos sa loob ng 75 metrong lalim ng plano ng sahig, na nagbibigay sa mga bisita ng iba't ibang ruta sa pamimili. Isang sky sports park ang nakaupo sa bubong, na may cantilevered na tumatakbong track na gawa mula sa isang mahabang saklaw na estrukturang bakal at isang malinaw na sahig sa itaas ng track. Ang mga nagwagi ng Pilak ay mga likhang lubhang makinang at napakamalikhain na naglalarawan sa pambihirang kadalubhasaan, talento at talas ng isip ng kanilang mga tagapagdisenyo. Inaasahang ang CR Land Luyang MiXC Primary Function: Sentrong Pamilihan ay isang kahanga-hangang likhang huwaran na kapansin-pansing propesyonal at malalim na makabago. Ang disenyong ito na nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Pilak ay isang lubhang kapansin-pansin at hinahangaang imbensyon na nakikinabang at nagpapaunlad sa mga hangganan ng sining, agham, disenyo at teknolohiya. Mga Natatanging Katangian: A series of signature spaces have been created, such as the sky sports park with the first ever cantilevered running track on a shopping mall in mainland China. With a well-designed retail circulation, we fit a horse-track loop inside the 75 m depth of floor plan so we can accommodate more than 220 tenants with a 76,115 sqm GFA, which gives visitors a more diverse shopping experiences. A unique green space is also introduced at every level of the mall to enhance indoor and outdoor connections.

Teknolohiya sa Produksyon: In order to achieve a clear roof for our “Sky Park”, the design team coordinates with landscape, mechanical and structural engineer to remove all the MEP rooms to the outskirt of the main roof. The “Sky Ring”——a cantilevered running track was also beautifully realized by using large spanned steel structure. On the top of track, fully transparent floor has been implemented to emphasis the extraordinary running experience. A unified metal Fin was covered on the main curved façade, to create a dynamic lighting and shadow affects from different views of the city.
Hamon sa Disenyo: The project site is along a major city avenue with direct connection to metro station. However, the local competition from other shopping centers is fierce. How to make this medium sized project stand out has become the challenge for us.
Pananaliksik: The project locates in a newly emerging high-end residential area of Hefei, the capital of Anhui province. On the one hand, the surrounding residents are looking for better life experience; on the other hand, quite amount of excessive shopping malls in Hefei are in poor operation. So rather than design a shopping mall, we want to create a gathering place. Based on the concept of “vertical city gardens”, the project creates unique spaces such as a sky court, a sky runway, a sky swimming pool, a roof garden, and sports parks to create a series of unique, boundless and natural shopping experience in this very brand new era.
Inspirasyon: The inspiration comes from our desire for nature in a busy urban context. We created dialogues with nature on three different aspects. Firstly, we create five gardens on all different levels as a buffer to the city. Secondly, building façade as interpretation of nature creates unique feature for the project. Finally, nature has been extended to the indoor area, to create a unique shopping/walking space with an outdoor experience.
Tagal ng Proyekto: The project started in June 2016 and finished in September 2019.

Daloy ng Operasyon: The project is an example of how both our architecture and interior teams are thinking outside the box to adapt to changing consumer behavior, fusing new ideas into projects that promotes wellbeing and provide a relaxed, natural environment.
