Mira Ýaşaýyş Kwartirasy hakynda

Mira sanskritde ýüzden gowrak älemgoşary aňladýar we gündogar elementleriniň häzirki zaman dizaýny bilen birleşmesi hökmünde häsiýetlendirilýär. Onuň häsiýetleri we dokuma saýlamalary ony özboluşly edýär. Dizaýnerler önümler, reňkler we materiallar arkaly dürli häsiýetli giňişlikler döretmegi karar etdiler. Uly ölçegli yşyklandyryş enjamlary ýa-da göze ilýän mebeller ýaly köp dizaýn faktorlary öz ornuny tapýar. Materiallaryň saýlanmagy daşky gurşawyň ýylylygynda hem rol oýnaýar, sebäbi olar agaç, ak mermer we arassa reňkli matalar ýaly dürli örtükleri birleşdirdiler.

Mira Ýaşaýyş Kwartirasy A' Design Award Demir Baýragynyň ýeňijisidir; bu gowy dizaýn edilen eserlerden garaşylýan hünär we senagat talaplaryny kanagatlandyrýan gowy dizaýnlara berilýän abraýly ykrarnamadyr. Demir ýeňijileri döredijileriniň uly başarnygyny, ýokary ugurlaşygyny, hünärmen düşünjesini we döredijilik ukybyny görkezýär. Mira Ýaşaýyş Kwartirasy uly baha berilýän, haýran galynýan we söýülýän, amaly we täzelikçi eser bolmagy garaşylýar. A' Design Award Demir Baýragyny gazanan bu dizaýn pudagyň iň oňat tejribelerini birleşdirýär we bilim we zehin bilen baglanyşykly ukyply tehniki aýratynlyklara eýedir. Mira Ýaşaýyş Kwartirasy jikme-jikligi üçin hormatlanylýar we dünýäni has gowy ýere öwürmäge kömek edýän ýaşaýyş hilini gowulandyrýan zatlary hödürlemek üçin dizaýn edilendir.

Üýtgeşik Aýratynlyklar: Mira is best described as a fusion of oriental elements and contemporary design. Its properties and the designer choices of textures make up its identity. The emphasis of oriental elements dance into each of the spaces, creating a timeless and elegant design. The materials such as wood, white imported marble and light fabrics play a role in the warmth of the environment. All the wall treatments resonate with the designers storytelling, creating spaces with much personality.
Ölçegler we Gaplama: Mira is approximately 574 square meters, designed having two sections, one for all the social areas of the apartment and another section which is for the bedrooms. The social area of the apartment is composed of a large 21m2 terrace, a 52m2 living room, a 32m2 study, 30m2 dining room and two kitchens, the main kitchen around 29m2 and the secondary kitchen / laundry area with 26m2. The bedrooms sizes are from 30m2 to 20m2. This residence is not just spacious but comfortable.

Önümçilik Tehnologiýasy: One of the most interesting parts of the design process was the living room wall, the designer chose to create contrast with this background. She designed wooden panels in five different ways, so that when uniting them they would come together as a puzzle. These lasered cut wooden pieces show the level of craftmanship and creativity. Not only does this elevate the living room but because of its location, it can be admired by the entrance, study and dining room.
Dizaýn Kynçylygy: The hardest part of this project was the high level of finishing that the designer wanted to achieve. From the strenuous process of selecting the desired materials to its installation. The designer chose to work with local craftsmen for all of the built in furnitures per area. She describes the design process as simple compared to the final execution and level of demand she envisioned. Its a combination of purity and boldness that can make one achieve greatness.
Gözleg: Designing a luxurious apartment such as the one described involves a multi faceted approach that requires extensive research. The designer discovered classic elements that have stood the test of time, such as the use of white marble, which can also be integrated into contemporary design. Additionally, exploring the cultural significance of materials and design motifs can add depth and authenticity to the apartments Asian aesthetic.
Ylham: Inspired by the clients love for the Asian culture Mira, has many attributes that make it special. Mira, in Sanskrit means hundred plus rainbows, the ideal name for this project, as it embraces ethnicity converging with contemporary design. The importance of the color black against light materials and soft textures is noted throughout the whole design. The main objective for this design was met by patterns, materials and textures that make the project come alive with cultural significance.
Taslama Dowamlylygy: Located in one of the most prestigious residential areas of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Miras interior design planning took less than a year and exactly five months to execute. The involvement was from floor selection to the minimalist detail. The completion of the project was January of this year 2025.
Iş Akymy: The journey to bring this luxurious apartment to life was not without its challenges says the designer. The high level of finishing demanded meticulous attention to detail, from the selection of materials to their precise installation. The design process, while straightforward, required a keen eye for harmony and balance to achieve the desired level of sophistication. In line with modern sustainability practices, the apartment features environmentally conscious elements.
