K House Ýaşaýyş jaýynyň içerki dizaýny hakynda

K House Türkiýäniň kenarýakasynda, Bodrumda ýerleşýän ýaşaýyş jaýynyň içerki dizaýn taslamasydyr. Öýüň umumy ýapyk meýdany 700 inedördül metr bolup, açyk meýilnamaly ýaşaýyş zolaklaryny, hususy otaglary we daşky terraslara göni çykalgalary öz içine alýar. Tebigy dub agajy, daş örtügi, fakturaly diwar bezegi we zygyr matalar material palitrasyny emele getirýär. Egri organiki görnüşler we ýörite ýasalan mebeller giňişlikleriň ählisinde yzygiderli häsiýeti goldaýar. Giň açyklyklar gün şöhlesini içerä getirýär we içki giňişligi töwerekdäki tebigat bilen baglanyşdyrýar. Içerki bezeg işleri bäş aýda tamamlandy.

Kümüş ýeňijileri dizaýnerleriniň ajaýyp bilimini, zehinini we ýiti aňyny görkezýän aşa ýalpyldawuk we örän döredijilikli eserlerdir. K House Ýaşaýyş jaýynyň içerki dizaýny ajaýyp, nusgalyk, üns çekiji derejede hünärmenlikli we çuňňur täzelikçi eser bolmagy garaşylýar. A' Design Award Kümüş Baýragyny gazanan bu dizaýn sungatyň, ylmyň, dizaýnyň we tehnologiýanyň çäklerine peýda berýän we ony öňe sürýän örän üns çekiji, haýran galynýan oýlap tapyşdyr. Üýtgeşik Aýratynlyklar: K House is designed to be lived in year-round in Turkbuku/Bodrum.It reflects spacious and serene summer style.This house is emphasizing comfort with luxury,offering serene yet sophisticated living experience.
Ölçegler we Gaplama: K House covers a total enclosed area of 700 m2. The spatial program includes open plan living areas, private rooms, and direct connections to outdoor terraces. The material palette integrates natural oak wood, stone surfaces, textured wall finishes, and linen fabrics. Technical specifications include concealed lighting systems, climate control solutions suited to the Mediterranean climate, and energy efficient glazing. Custom designed furniture completes the interiors and supports visual consistency across different spaces.

Önümçilik Tehnologiýasy: The realization of the project combined modern construction methods with artisanal craftsmanship. Local artisans contributed to bespoke furniture and handcrafted finishes, ensuring authenticity and uniqueness. Natural oak wood, textured wall coverings, natural stone claddings, and linen textiles were carefully sourced and applied with precision detailing. Despite logistical challenges, including transporting all furniture and materials from Istanbul to Bodrum, the project was executed with meticulous coordination. The process emphasized sustainability, durability, and timeless elegance while maintaining full design integrity.
Dizaýn Kynçylygy: One of the key challenges was to procure the monoblock travertine mass for the Tv wall and ensuring its safe installation and structural support on the wall.
The second challenge involved the logistics of transporting all furniture, materials, and custom pieces from Istanbul to Bodrum. This required careful scheduling and precise coordination among multiple teams, ensuring that the quality and timeline of the project were never compromised.
Gözleg: The project was informed by in-depth research into Mediterranean living traditions, biophilic design principles, and contemporary approaches to luxury. Local climate conditions were carefully studied to integrate natural ventilation and light while ensuring year-round comfort. Research on material performance and sustainability inspired the use of natural oak, stone, and linen to establish an organic yet refined atmosphere. The result is a residence that reflects cultural context while pushing forward contemporary interpretations of serene, sophisticated living.
Ylham: This project is inspied from the harmony of nature and modern luxury.The use of natural materials creates a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor.Curvy,organic shapes and artistic touches add a sense of fluidity and elegance to our design.Our goal was to craft a space that balances comfort with sophistication,offering a serene yet luxurious atmosphere for living.This house reflects the essence of understated opulence,where every element is thoughtfully curated to elevate daily life.
Taslama Dowamlylygy: K House is located in Bodrum, Turkey, a coastal destination renowned for its Mediterranean spirit and natural beauty. The interior design and implementation process was completed in five months, from January to June 2024. The project reflects a successful collaboration between designers, local craftsmen, and international suppliers, transforming a vision into reality within a condensed yet efficient timeline.
Iş Akymy: The interior design of K House was conceived to provide a seamless flow between spaces, ensuring that residents experience both functional comfort and aesthetic quality. Sunlight guides circulation throughout the day, while wide openings and visual connections link the interior to the surrounding landscape. Indoor and outdoor areas merge naturally, supporting a lifestyle in dialogue with nature. Each zone for relaxation, dining, or gathering was designed to encourage interaction while also allowing moments of solitude and calm.
