One Hengqin-Macao Bay Satyş Merkezi hakynda

Kitap Metni: One Hengqin-Macao Bay, Zhuhaydaky beýikligi 339 metr bolan Huafa Hengqin Halkara Maliýe Binasynyň 43-nji gatynda ýerleşýän satyş merkezidir. Interýer 1000 inedördül metri öz içine alýar. Dizaýn bulutlar we galýan joşgun akymlary konsepsiýalaryndan başlanýar, penjireleriň daşyndaky deňiz we asman görnüşlerini çarçuwalaýar. Metal çyzyklar diwarlara şekil berýär, ýokary arassalykdaky mermer parket bolsa ýeri örtýär. Meýilnama üç ulanyş ýagdaýyny goldaýar: aragatnaşyk, dynç alyş we iş. Önümçilik Tehnologiýasy: The space superimposes highly complex multi-format scenes. The metal lines in the shape of the wall are relatively complex, and high-purity marble parquets are used to pave the ground to form a fashionable space with both luxurious taste and strong modern flavor.
Dizaýn Kynçylygy: Continuing the concept of contemporary urban living and the attitude towards life that pays more and more attention to feeling itself, the space rehearses the coexistence of three states of communication, rest and work. Through the internalized understanding of each state, it focuses on the inner expression. The refined aesthetic operation brings in natural light and shadow, keeps the tension of life in the space, and adds a spiritual beating.
Gözleg: Based on the insight of the market environment, business logic, target customer group, and interaction with space interest. Incorporate symbolic landmark attributes and identity labels into it, condense all details into beauty itself, and build a new gathering place for visual aesthetics.
Ylham: In the post epidemic era, how to realize the harmonious coexistence of the ideal of human settlements and nature has become a new focus. Starting from the concept of the future landscape city, Ocean Luo extracts the image resonance of "cloud" and "watching the tide" while creating the scene, and extends the imagination of life through immersive space experience, opening a new chapter for the city of Zhuhai.

Iş Akymy: The atmosphere of the whole space and the height of 339 meters together create a feeling of being accompanied by white clouds. The breeze ripples on the river surface. The design focuses on highlighting the unique visual focus of the location. The concept of simplicity comes first, and it is free from the tediousness of form and material, Parallel cities and living lifestyles, highlighting the city cover of the Bay Area.
