Jinmao Palace Esasy Wezipe: Söwda Merkezi hakynda

Jinmao Palace – Pekiniň Fengtai etrabynda, Ýongding derýasynyň golaýynda ýerleşýän söwda merkezi. Onuň içki bölegi söwda binasynyň birinji gatynda 682 inedördül metr meýdany öz içine alýar. Dizaýn on bäş minutlyk jemgyýetçilik ýaşaýyş çemberi pikirine esaslanyp, şäheriň içine landşaft we oba mowzuklaryny getirýär. Bazarlardan we kafelerden ylham alnan wezipeler giňişligiň içinde ýerleşdirilýär we sebitleriň arasyndaky araçäkler ýumşadylýar. Kabul ediş zaly suw yşyklary bilen bezelen, iki gat beýiklikdäki rezin akril ekran bolsa kabul ediş fonunyň suw nusgasyny gaýtalaýar.

Jinmao Palace Esasy Wezipe: Söwda Merkezi ajaýyp, nusgalyk, üns çekiji derejede hünärmenlikli we çuňňur täzelikçi eser bolmagy garaşylýar. A' Design Award Kümüş Baýragyny gazanan bu dizaýn sungatyň, ylmyň, dizaýnyň we tehnologiýanyň çäklerine peýda berýän we ony öňe sürýän örän üns çekiji, haýran galynýan oýlap tapyşdyr. Jinmao Palace Esasy Wezipe: Söwda Merkezi köpüň gabanjyna sezewar bolýan, isleglerimizi oýarýan, oňyn duýgulary getirýän we haýranlyk we geň galmagy döredýän eserdir.

Üýtgeşik Aýratynlyklar: It is located in Fengtai District, Beijing, along the Yongding River of the West Fifth Ring Road. As for this design, the designer introduces the concept of landscape and pastoral life in the city with the aim of leading the new lifestyle of the surrounding area and setting a good example of the project brand, thus creating the 8th low-density high-tech house at Beijing Jinmao Palace. With the aspiration for comfortable living, Jinmao Mansion is expected to be the model of urban living.

Bellikler: Interior, Commercial, Sales Center, Modern, Simple, Natural, Art
Önümçilik Tehnologiýasy: The main materials in this project are terrazzo, texture paint, wood grain transfer printing, wood finish, Pu stone skin, resin acrylic.
Dizaýn Kynçylygy: The project is based on the commercialgroundfloor. The structure is overloaded, and the space lacks the sense of structure.
Gözleg: The design fully considers the interest of space. The designer starts with architectural thinking and enhances the spatial level to create a different way of experience. The vivid theme of living community is designed to blend into nature, introduce scene functions and weaken the boundary of each functional area in the space.
Ylham: The designer derives the concept of sharing and symbiosis in the daily life in new metropolis. Urban life carries the function of people's social life. Therefore, the designer focuses on creating a "15-minute community living circle", implanting the concept of hypermarket and cafe life in the space.
Taslama Dowamlylygy: The project started in July 2021 in Beijing and finished in November 2021 in Beijing.
Iş Akymy: According to the design concept, the designer, getting rid of conventional mindset, decorates the reception hall with water lights, which look like the flowing water. The double-height smoke resin acrylic screen and the water pattern of the reception background echo with each other, forming a romantic atmosphere of life. The designer integrates vitality, nature, cloud, smoke and water to make the whole space full of vitality.
