Book Text: IT Factory Ukrainanyň Harkow şäherinde täzeden abatlanan senagat binasynda döredilen ofis interýeridir. Ofis 4500 inedördül metr meýdany tutýar we ähli sagatlarda işleýär, şonuň üçin iş zolaklary bilen dynç alyş zolaklary deňagramlaşdyrylandyr. Bar bolan beton gurluşlar we metal dyz raýlary saklanyp galyndy hem-de interýeriň nygtamalary hökmünde ulanyldy. Ikinji gatdaky goşa beýiklikdäki giňişlik dynç alyş üçin ýer galdyryp, iş orunlaryny artdyrýar. Täze howa çalşygy, ýyladyş we howa sazlaýyş ulgamlary interýeriň bir bölegi hökmünde görünýän ýagdaýynda saklanýar. Ýagty, ölçenen reňk nygtamalary birsydyrgynlykdan gaça durýar.

Kümüş ýeňijileri dizaýnerleriniň ajaýyp bilimini, zehinini we ýiti aňyny görkezýän aşa ýalpyldawuk we örän döredijilikli eserlerdir. IT Factory Primary Function: Ofis Interýer Dizaýny ajaýyp, nusgalyk, üns çekiji derejede hünärmenlikli we çuňňur täzelikçi eser bolmagy garaşylýar. A' Design Award Kümüş Baýragyny gazanan bu dizaýn sungatyň, ylmyň, dizaýnyň we tehnologiýanyň çäklerine peýda berýän we ony öňe sürýän örän üns çekiji, haýran galynýan oýlap tapyşdyr. IT Factory Primary Function: Ofis Interýer Dizaýny köpüň gabanjyna sezewar bolýan, isleglerimizi oýarýan, oňyn duýgulary getirýän we haýranlyk we geň galmagy döredýän eserdir.

Üýtgeşik Aýratynlyklar: The priority was to preserve the existing concrete structures and use them as accents of the interior space.The introduction of bright colour accents helped to avoid monotony and uniformity of spaces, as well as to visually refocus attention during the operation of the premises.

Önümçilik Tehnologiýasy: Renovation of any old premises, as a rule, involves significant alterations of the engineering part. And this is one of the most difficult parts of the entire construction process. It is known that objects built during the Soviet era do not have modern ventilation, air conditioning and heating systems. Thus, the new engineering networks have become an additional element of the space.
Dizaýn Kynçylygy: The most challenging in this project was deciding which construction to leave as it is, restorate or demolish. It was a priority to preserve the existing structures so that they could be used in the interior - for example, metal knee brace. But still some constructions required complete restoration - the walls of the second and third floors were built again. Using engineering systems and constructions allowed to create office identity and turn obstacles to advantage.
Ylham: The main interest and inspiration for the studio is the very essence of the renovation project - the restoration of an empty space of an industrial building and the embodiment of a new life in it through the introduction of new functions.
Taslama Dowamlylygy: Project started in September 2020 and finished January 2021, in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
Iş Akymy: The main factor for the formation of space is office working hours - it is open 24/7. Such an environment has to be comfortable, thus the balance of functional zones becomes as important as it’s set. To create in open space enough working places but save room for resting zones double-height space on the second floor was developed. Choosing a colour scheme the decision was to introduce bright but carefully measured accents, which don't take all the attention.
