Last Romance Taryhy Binada Restoran hakynda

Last Romance — 1949-njy ýylda gurlup gutarylan, Taýpeýdäki taryhy agaç binanyň içinde döredilen restoran interýeridir. Binanyň asyl gurluşy we daşky keşbi saklanyp galyndyr, öýüň köp sanly köne yzlary bir bitewi gürrüňe utgaşdyrylandyr. Dokumaly altyburçly kafeller, retro keramiki mozaika, oýma nagyşly kafeller, mis zolaklar we çoýun demir, dumanly altyn öwüşginli gözenekler, retro aýnalar hem-de mylaýym ak ýagtylykly aýna çilçyraglar bilen utgaşdyrylandyr. Iki gatdan ybarat bolan bu ýer 370 inedördül metr meýdany öz içine alýar we naharlanmak hem-de sazandarlyk çykyşlaryna hyzmat edýär.

Last Romance Taryhy Binada Restoran A' Design Award Bürünç Baýragynyň ýeňijisidir; bu döredijilik, ussatlyk we ýiti akyl bilen tapawutlanýan tapawutly dizaýnlara berilýän aşa abraýly ykrarnamadyr. Bürünç ýeňijileri dizaýnerleriniň giň tejribesini, hyýalyny we tapawutlylygyny tassyklaýan örän ussat we geň galdyryjy derejede döredijilikli eserlerdir. Last Romance Taryhy Binada Restoran uly baha berilýän, haýran galynýan we söýülýän, üns çekiji derejede hünärmenlikli we täzelikçi zat bolmagy garaşylýar. A' Design Award Bürünç Baýragyny gazanan bu dizaýn sungatda, ylymda, dizaýnda we tehnologiýada iň oňat tejribeleri öz içine alýar we jikme-jiklige edýän üni bilen ajaýypdyr. Last Romance Taryhy Binada Restoran zerurlyklary ajaýyp derejede kanagatlandyrýar, isleglere degýär, duýgulary özüne çekýär we gyzyklanmany çekýär.

Üýtgeşik Aýratynlyklar: This historical building remains multiple old-time traces and the whole concept is to connect traces together. It is the difference with other commercial space reforming project. They’d like to provide a new angle to review the past, from entering space to having meal and sinking into musical performance. So that people can immerse to the river of time with all their sense, which will be they way they want people to experience history.d.

Önümçilik Tehnologiýasy: New breath in the old house!
During keeping the original structure systems and outward, techniques as reprint, handmade, reflection, to reborn the old house textured and warmly, reflecting the history and giving new birth from generations.

Textured hexagon tiles, retro tile mosaic, carve plastic tiles, special painting technique are chosen to use, also copper strip and cast iron against culture heritage base.
Mist gold grid, retro glass, glass chandelier with warm white light; glossy marble table, downing chair and curtain are collocating as outstanding highlight.
Dizaýn Kynçylygy: This building was built in 1949 and once was Xu Baiyuan’s house, former president of the central bank.
Xu Baiyuan, was an important figure to the rectification of Taiwan’s economy and made an important establishment of the monetary system in the 1950s. His official residence is a typical Japanese style wooden building at age of 70 which located at the Qingguang commercial area and close to third section of Xinsheng North Road. Deputy Chief of the US Army Advisory Group Chase, Flying Tigers General Chennault, Chen Xiangmei and his wife, Shanxi Province Chairman Yan Xishan, Li Gan, Chen Jiheng, Zhou Xianzhong and other eight old houses are all on the same street. When city developed, those beautiful houses that witness history are almost decayed. However, the Culture Movement of Taipei City’s Old Houses brings back the former President’s house, which is the only remaining house on this street.
After years of devoting, Xu Baiyuan’s own residence was completely reborn as "CEO 1950 President Art Space"!

People in this era are starting to cherish the value of historical buildings, therefore Taipei Government take actions to preserve those buildings with artistic and cultural value. Through cooperation with private sectors, it is not only light up history itself and the texture of their city.
