Majlis Hususy klub jaýy hakynda

Kitap teksti: Majlis Dubaýda myhmansöýerlik üçin niýetlenen hususy klub jaýydyr. Majlis ady rasmy ýygnak giňişligini aňladýan arap sözi bolup, arap medeniýetinde bu termin hususy myhmansöýerlik üçin niýetlenen binalary hem öz içine alýar. Bir gatly bina 60x60 metrlik ýer bölegi üçin L şekilli meýilnama boýunça gurlandyr. Meýilnama resmi we ýönekeý oturylýan hem-de nahar iýilýän ýerleri, iki sany hammamly ýatylýan otagy, ofisi we aşhanaly aýratyn hyzmat blokyny öz içine alýar. Daş bezegi, mermer interýerler, üç gatlak aýnalar we kölegeleýji köwek çölüň howa şertlerine laýyk gelýär.

Majlis Hususy klub jaýy A' Design Award Bürünç Baýragynyň ýeňijisidir; bu döredijilik, ussatlyk we ýiti akyl bilen tapawutlanýan tapawutly dizaýnlara berilýän aşa abraýly ykrarnamadyr. Bürünç ýeňijileri dizaýnerleriniň giň tejribesini, hyýalyny we tapawutlylygyny tassyklaýan örän ussat we geň galdyryjy derejede döredijilikli eserlerdir. Majlis Hususy klub jaýy uly baha berilýän, haýran galynýan we söýülýän, üns çekiji derejede hünärmenlikli we täzelikçi zat bolmagy garaşylýar. A' Design Award Bürünç Baýragyny gazanan bu dizaýn sungatda, ylymda, dizaýnda we tehnologiýada iň oňat tejribeleri öz içine alýar we jikme-jiklige edýän üni bilen ajaýypdyr. Majlis Hususy klub jaýy zerurlyklary ajaýyp derejede kanagatlandyrýar, isleglere degýär, duýgulary özüne çekýär we gyzyklanmany çekýär.

Üýtgeşik Aýratynlyklar: "Majlis" is the Arabic word for a formal living/gathering space; however in the Arabic culture the meaning could be extended to any dwelling or building that is built specifically for private hospitality by the owner towards his guests.

This building is designed as a ground floor premises comprising of formal and casual living and dining spaces, 2 ensuite bedrooms, an office, and a detached service block that serves an in-house kitchen.
Ölçegler we Gaplama: The building is a ground floor L- shaped building in a 60mx60m square plot.

Önümçilik Tehnologiýasy: The building employs a canopy offering shading to the tripple glazing glass envelope to protect from the harsh weather conditions of the desert climate. The materials chosen are natural organic materials, such stone cladding and marble interiors for a cooler feel, that responds well to the existing climate conditions . The vegetation proposed helps act as a buffer for the heat transmittance and provide natural shading with interesting shadows.
Dizaýn Kynçylygy: The challenges in this design were the location of the building and the continuous request for expansion by the client.

With respect to the location, the designated spot is a low wetland where the rainwater gets concentrated underground. This requiring a different and innovative structural approach without compromising the design.
Gözleg: Apart from the study of the condition of the site location being on a wetland called by the locals as "Sabkha", the shape needed to open up to embrace the beauty of the natural surroundings. Another factor that was added to the mix was the element of surprise, where the entrance to the building is located in the Southern end with solid facade, where once inside the view opens up to the site's unique characteristics overlooking Burj khalifa view and a beautiful horizon.
Ylham: The club house gets its inspiration from the idea of merging between the old and the new in the Arabian culture, where the concept of hospitality is at the core, while the Arabian oasis in the desert is the nostalgia that modern arabs likes to merge alongside their contemporary lifestyle.
Taslama Dowamlylygy: The project is located in Dubai, and it is still in the design phase stage.
Iş Akymy: The majlis operates in a way that allows it to accommodate a large number of guests within the space. The layout is divided into 3 zones each with its own service corridor, circulation and supporting spaces for utilities. The view of the building is more open to the northwest side of the plot where the vital areas can enjoy the sunset view of Burj Khalifa in the distant horizon.
