ቁ.1 ኮርትያርድ ሓደ ናይ ሕብረተሰብ መእተዊ ሎቢን ናይ ክለብ ውሽጣዊ ክፍልን ኮይኑ፣ ኣስታት 2000 ትርብዒት ሜትሮ ስፍሓት ኣለዎ። እቲ ውሽጣዊ ክፋል ናይ ገዛ ሎቢ፣ ትሕቲ-መሬት ናይ ምሕምባስ ገንዳብ፣ ናይ ጂም ክፍሊ፣ ናይ ዮጋ ክፍሊ፣ ብዙሕ-ተግባር ዘለዎ ክፍልን ትሕቲ-መሬት ቀጽርን ይሓቁፍ። ካብ ተፈጥሮ ዝተሳእሉ ጽምዲ ቅርጻት ምስ እምኒ ኣብቲ ናይ ምቕባል ከባቢ ተላፊኖም ኣለዉ፣ እዚ ድማ ከም መሰጋገሪ ቦታ ኮይኑ ኣገልግሎት ይህብ። ጥቕም ላይ ዝወዓሉ ንጥረ ነገራት ናይ ዕንጨይቲ መወዳእታታት፣ ዕንጣ (ማርብል)፣ ብብረት ዝተሓንጸጸ ዘይዝሕበል ኣረርን ናይ ዕንጨይቲ ፍርግርግን ይርከቦም። ጣርያ ክሳብ 5600 ሚሊሜትር ልዑል ኮይኑ ይርከብ። እዚ ዲዛይን ሓደ ህዱእ ናይ ተፈጥሮ ሃዋህው ናብ ውሽጢ ገዛ የእቱ።

- Unlike the bright and cheerful lobby, the underground clubhouse on the first floor is quiet and mysterious.
Out of the elevator car first arrived at the reception area, the reception area USES the arc elements extracted from nature combined with the hard stone, giving people a soft visual experience without losing the sense of strength, a good role as a "transition" space. Step into the hallway, reach the end of the hallway, open the door, smell the water, walk around the stairs, and you'll reach the pool. The underground pool is filled with a sense of tranquility like a bamboo forest, and the designers hope that guests who use the space can find a world to talk to, without outside interference, and enjoy the moment. - ምንጪ ሓሳብ
