እቲ ስነ-ሕንፃ፡ ነቲ ቤት ክፋል ናይቲ ተፈጥሮኣዊ ሃዋህው ብምግባር ምስ ተፈጥሮ ዘለዎ ርክብ ንምግላጽ እዩ - ሓደ ዳርጋ ባሕሪ ብጥንቃቐ ዝተገብረ ጽላትን ኣብ ልዕሊ እቲ መሬት ብጥንቃቐ ዝተቐመጠን ከም መሸጋገሪ ዝዓይንን ቀሊል ናይ ኣእዋም ቀፍዲ ብምፍጣር። ካብ እተን ዝነበራ ኣእዋም ዚመጽእ ጸሊም ጽላላት ናብ ውሽጢ እቲ ቦታ የእትዉ። እቲ ናይ ሳዕሪ ቦታ ንውሽጢ እቲ ቤት ዝስፍሕ ይመስል። ዕላማ ናይዚ ፕሮጀክት፡ ባህሪ ናይቲ ቦታ፡ ኣቐማምጣ ናይቲ ቦታን ንዋትን፡ ዲዛይን ናይ ብርሃንን ተቓራኒ ጽባቐ ናይ ውልቃውን ክፉትን ቦታን ብምግላጽ ኦርጋኒክ ስነ-ሕንፃ ንምፍጣር እዩ ነይሩ።

Lakeside Living ቤትን ጀርዲንን ናይ ነሓስ ሽልማት A' Design Award ዝዓወተ እዩ፣ ብፈጠራ፣ ርእሰ ሓይልን ስቕታን ዝፍለዩ ብልጫ ዘለዎም ዲዛይናት ዝወሃብ ኣዚዩ ክቡር ኣፍልጦ። ዘዓወቱ ነሓስ ሰፊሕ ተሞክሮ፣ ምሕሳብን ርእሰ ምምዕባልን ዲዛይነራቶም ዘረጋግጹ ኣዚዮም ክኢላታትን ብዘደንቕ መገዲ ፈጠራውያንን ኣርቴፋክትታት እዮም። Lakeside Living ቤትን ጀርዲንን ብዙሕ ዝተመነየ፣ ዝደነቐን ዝፈተዎን ብኣገዳሲ መገዲ ሞያውን ሓድሽን ኣቕሓ ክኾን ይጽበ። እዚ ዝዓወተ ዲዛይን ናይ ነሓስ ሽልማት A' Design Award ኣብ ጥበብ፣ ሳይንስ፣ ዲዛይንን ቴክኖሎጂን ዝበለጹ ልምድታት ዘጣምር፣ ንዝርዝር ብዝህቦ ኣቓልቦ ድማ ዝበለጸ እዩ። Lakeside Living ቤትን ጀርዲንን ድልየታት ብጽባቐ የማልእ፣ ንድሌታት ይትንክፍ፣ ንስምዒታት የማርኽን ሕቶ ድማ የሰሕብን።

ናይ ፕረስ ኪት
ክረዲትታት፣ ኣባላት ጋንታን ቴክኒካዊ ዝርዝራትን ብዲዛይነር ዝቐረቡ።
- ፍሉያት ባህርያት
- A Summerhouse with garage, a boathouse and a Sauna perfectly integrated in to the lake shore. Natural aging materials support the concept 'Gesamtkunstwerk', where the Architecture, Garden and Interior spaces are in perfect harmony. The building is composed of a concrete body and a crafted wooden shell with a light axis running through it ending in a pier at the lake. The site was re naturalized with grasses. Wooden walkways lead to a boathouse and a generous Terrace overlooking the lake.

- Lake site dimension- 6.000 sqm, 50m shore an 2000 sqm wet meadow had been renaturated by cutting off the drainage system.

- The lake side was re naturalized with grasses. Wooden walkways lead to a boathouse and a generous Terrace overlooking the lake.

- The lake clay was the most difficult part for constructing of the boat house and foundation of the main house.

- We tried to reinterprete the athmosphere of the surrounding wetland area which is famous for its original beauty. It means only grasses, lillys and Filipendula ulmaria as mass plantation
- ምንጪ ሓሳብ
- The dream of the owners was to build a house onto the narrow lake site which has a close connection to nature combined with a Japanese atmosphere. The Japanese culture reflects a feeling of sophistication, perfection in detailing, open flowing spaces and the accommodation of changing seasons. The aim of the architect was to design a Gesamtkunstwerk where the Architecture is to express a strong relationship to nature in which the house is part of the natural environment.
