ቡቲክን ሙዚቃን ኣብ ቀይሕ ከተማ (Red Town) ዝርከብ፡ ቅድሚ ሕጂ ናይ ሓጺን ፋብሪካ ኔሩ ሕጂ ግና ናብ ሓደ ናይ ቅርጻ-ስነ-ጥበብ ዞባ ተቐይሩ ኣብ ዘሎ ከባቢ ሻንግሃይ ዝርከብ፡ ናይ ችርቻሮ ውሽጣዊ ንድፊ ፕሮጀክት እዩ። እዚ ውጥን እዚ 370 ትርብዒት ሜትሮ ዘጠቓልል ቡቲክን፡ ኣብ ልዕሊ ክልተ ደረጃታት ተዘርጊሑ ዘሎ 170 ትርብዒት ሜትሮ ናይ ሙዚቃ ዱካንን የጠቓልል። እቲ ንድፊ ኣብ መንጎ ምዕራባዊን ምብራቓዊን፡ ብሉይን ሓድሽን፡ ከምኡውን ስታቲክን ተንቀሳቓሲን ዘሎ ፍልልይ ዝተሰረተ ሓሳብ እዩ። እቲ ቡቲክ ካብ ኩለን ዓለም ኣቕሑት ዘምጽእ ድልድል ኮይኑ ክስተር ከሎ፡ እቲ ናይ ሙዚቃ ዱካን ድማ ኣብ ዙርያ ተግባር ምትኳር ዝተወደበ እዩ። እቲ ኣብ ከባቢ ዘሎ ናይ ስነ-ጥበብ ፓርክ ኣቀማምጣ ንልውውጥ ኣብ መንጎ ደቂ ዓዲ ንምትብባዕ ተሓልዩ ኣሎ።
