ኮልጌት ቱርኪየ ኣብ ኢስታንቡል፣ ቱርኪ ዝርከብ ናይ ቤት ጽሕፈት ውሽጣዊ ንድፊ ኮይኑ፣ ኣብ ዕስራን ሓደን ደርቢ ናይ ሓደ ኤሊፕቲካል ቅርጺ ዘለዎን ምሉእ ብምሉእ ብጋላሶ ዝተሸፈነ ግንባርን ዘለዎ ህንጻ፣ 950 ትርብዒት ሜትሮ ስፍሓት ይሽፍን። ክፉት ናይ ስራሕ ቦታታት፣ ኣዳራሻት ኣኼባ፣ ማሕበራዊ ዞባታትን ናይ ዕረፍቲ ኩርናዓትን ኣብ ሓደ ሓደ ጠቕላላ ቦታ ተጠሚሮም ይርከቡ። ናይ ትካል ሕብርታት፣ ተፈጥሮኣዊ ንጥረ ነገራትን ህያዋን ኣትክልትን ውዑይን ንጡፍን ድሮ ይፈጥሩ። ናይ ዕረፍቲ ቦታታትን ገለ ኣዳራሻት ኣኼባን ናብ ደቡባዊ ግንባር ገጹ ብምዃኖም ካብ ትርኢት ባሕርን ብርሃን መዓልትን ተጠቀምቲ ይኾኑ። እቲ ተለዋዋጢ ኣቀማምጣ ንምትሕብባር፣ ንፍርያምነትን ንዕረፍትን ይድግፍ።

ፍሉያት ባህርያት: Colgate Turkey's office project, designed in 2024 and located in Istanbul, was implemented by adopting a functional and aesthetic approach compatible with the corporate identity. The design aimed for an innovative spatial organization to meet the needs of employees and visitors.
The design, which blends open, closed and common areas with an innovative approach, supports both the motivation of the employees and the corporate values of the business.

ናይ ምፍራይ ቴክኖሎጂ: The project is an office space designed to meet the needs of employees in a single space. Open work areas, social zones, meeting rooms and relaxation corners are located together, and a warm and energetic atmosphere is provided with corporate colors, natural materials and plants. The space has a flexible, functional and aesthetic arrangement for collaboration, productivity and relaxation.
ናይ ዲዛይን ብድሆ: The mechanical infrastructure envisaged within the building was compatible with the direction of light and sun in a glass-fronted structure, providing a significant advantage in the fight against mechanical systems. In particular, there was a greater cooling requirement in areas with intense sunlight, while the cooling requirement was lower on the north side, which did not receive sunlight. These different needs created an effective approach to balancing the internal distribution of the mechanical system. This experience provided important experience in solving mechanical problems in high-rise buildings with glass facades.
ምርምር: The project has an elliptical form and a completely glass facade. A design approach was adopted that aims to benefit from daylight in the most efficient way while also reducing the negative effects of the sun. Extraordinary sea views met with social areas and some meeting rooms. The team's rest areas were placed on the south facade of the building, taking advantage of this view and allowing multi-purpose work at the same time. This arrangement was planned after our detailed exploration.
Located on the 21st floor, the office not only connects with green areas remotely, but also integrates with the work areas and integrates natural texture and living plants with a biophilic design. While this approach created peace and tranquility in the office, it also shaped the design language in a positive way.
