ፖስትሞደርን ሞኖሎግ ንሓደ 338 ትርብዒት ሜትሮ ዝስፍሓቱ ገዛ ዝተዳለወ ናይ መንበሪ ውሽጣዊ ንድፊ እዩ። እዚ ፕሮጀክት ንፖስትሞደርንን ሚኒማሊስትን ሓሳባት ብምድማር ህዱእን ሚዛናውን ናይ መንበሪ ቦታ ንምፍጣር ዝዓለመ እዩ። ኣቀማምጣ ገዛ ብምድጋም ኣርባዕተ መደቀሲ ክፍልታት ክፍጠሩ ተገይሩ፣ ነፍሲ ወከፎም ብሕታዊ ክፍሊ ሕጻቦን ናይ ክዳውንቲ ክፍልን ዝሓዙ ኮይኖም፣ ንብዙሕ ወለዶታት ናይ ሓባር ናብራ ዝድግፉ እዮም። ናይ ሓባር ናይ ምቕማጥን ምግቢ ምብልዕን ቦታታት፣ ናይ ክዳውንቲ ምሕጻብ ክፍልን ናይ ሓባር ቦታ ዕቀናን ንመደብ ብምምላእ ይድምድሙ። ገፊሕ ካብ ባይታ ክሳብ ናሕሲ ዝዝርጋሕ መስኮታት ተፈጥሮኣዊ ብርሃን የእትዉ፣ ብዝተዳለወ ናይ ብሕታዊ ዕቀና ኣገልግሎት ድማ ውሽጣዊ ኣቀማምጣ ስሩዕን ግብራውን ኮይኑ ይቕጽል።

- This design merges postmodernism and minimalism, creating a serene sanctuary. It balances functionality with aesthetics through intelligent storage and personalized decor. Key features include an open layout, large French windows for natural light, and a wall of thought, fostering connection and celebrating comfort, culture, and emotional resonance.

- The project features a 338 square-meter residence with four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and walk-in closet, supporting multi-generational living. It includes shared living and dining areas, a laundry room, and communal storage. Intelligent storage maximizes efficiency, while natural, sustainable materials enhance aesthetics. Large floor-to-ceiling windows foster a strong connection to nature.

Decorative elements celebrate the family's multicultural experiences, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

- The greatest challenge of this project lies in balancing the diverse needs of the owner with the functionality of the space while creating a comfortable and harmonious family environment. We achieved this by reorganizing the spatial layout, increasing the number of private suites, and cleverly utilizing smart custom storage solutions to meet functional requirements, ensuring independence and privacy for each family member. Additionally, the choice of materials and lighting design enhances the aesthetic appeal of the space, elevating the overall quality of life.

- The designer reconstructs the spatial layout by using postmodern techniques to meet the owner' s pursuit of freedom, comfort, and art. The project emphasizes a balance between functionality and aesthetics, precisely manipulating space to create four suites and communal areas suitable for family living. The overall design reflects the owner' s personality and lifestyle, forming a tranquil and culturally rich home that conveys the emotions and mutual respect among family members.

- Influenced by postmodernism and combined with the Canadian-returned owner' s desire for a free and relaxed lifestyle, the design takes space as a starting point to break the original boundaries, creating a highly functional residence filled with serenity, freedom, and balance. The overall density relationships are maintained through architectural planning, with each function revolving around the home' s landscape, presenting a stable state that is both centripetal and centrifugal.
