ዲዛይነራት ካብ ዓሚል ዝረኸብዎ መግለጺ፡ ንሃብታም ገበያ ዝተዳለወ የእይታ ክፍሊ ነይሩ። ዲዛይነራት ነቲ ክላሲካዊ ቀጥታዊ ውቕያ ክወግዱ ይደልዩ። እዚ የእይታ ክፍሊ ኣብ ዲዛይናት ዝተሓብአ ዝርዝራት ዘለዎ ጥበባዊ ስምዒት ከርኢ ይግባእ። ጸሊምን ጻዕዳን ከም ሕብሪ ቴማ ንየእይታ ክፍሊ ተጠቒሞም፡ ካብ ነጻ ዕዮታት ወይ ዝተሰቀለ ማስሓሊታት ዝመጽእ ኣዕዋፍ ሕብሪ ጌሮም። ቀንዲ ማእከላይ ትኹረት ናይቲ የእይታ ክፍሊ እቲ መእተዊ እዩ። ደንጋጺ ጽልዋ ንምፍጣር ሞስ ስነ-ጥበብ ተጠቒሞም።

Black and White የእይታ ክፍሊ ናይ ነሓስ ሽልማት A' Design Award ዝዓወተ እዩ፣ ብፈጠራ፣ ርእሰ ሓይልን ስቕታን ዝፍለዩ ብልጫ ዘለዎም ዲዛይናት ዝወሃብ ኣዚዩ ክቡር ኣፍልጦ። ዘዓወቱ ነሓስ ሰፊሕ ተሞክሮ፣ ምሕሳብን ርእሰ ምምዕባልን ዲዛይነራቶም ዘረጋግጹ ኣዚዮም ክኢላታትን ብዘደንቕ መገዲ ፈጠራውያንን ኣርቴፋክትታት እዮም። Black and White የእይታ ክፍሊ ብዙሕ ዝተመነየ፣ ዝደነቐን ዝፈተዎን ብኣገዳሲ መገዲ ሞያውን ሓድሽን ኣቕሓ ክኾን ይጽበ። እዚ ዝዓወተ ዲዛይን ናይ ነሓስ ሽልማት A' Design Award ኣብ ጥበብ፣ ሳይንስ፣ ዲዛይንን ቴክኖሎጂን ዝበለጹ ልምድታት ዘጣምር፣ ንዝርዝር ብዝህቦ ኣቓልቦ ድማ ዝበለጸ እዩ። Black and White የእይታ ክፍሊ ድልየታት ብጽባቐ የማልእ፣ ንድሌታት ይትንክፍ፣ ንስምዒታት የማርኽን ሕቶ ድማ የሰሕብን።

ክረዲትታት፣ ኣባላት ጋንታን ቴክኒካዊ ዝርዝራትን ብዲዛይነር ዝቐረቡ።
- ፍሉያት ባህርያት
- When we received the brief from the client, it was a show unit for the affluent market. We want to avoid the classic straight- to your- face luxury. This show unit should portray a sense of tastefulness with details hidden in the designs
We have used black and white as the color theme for the show unit with a hint of accents color from the loose furniture or the hanging decoration.
The main focal point of show unit is the entrance. In order to create the WOW effect, we have used a moss art. - ዓቐንን ማዕሸግን

- Our design has incorporated leather finished marble in the dry kitchen and granite cladding the wall and counted of the wet kitchen
- ናይ ዲዛይን ብድሆ
- The hardest part of the renovation was the access to the show unit. Imagine the area during the beginning was just a wetland, and we had to carry the materials into the site using truck with chances of it getting stuck in the mud. We are glad we managed to do it anyway and carry out the work with the teamwork from all parties.
- ምንጪ ሓሳብ
- The inspiration is coming from the surrounding of the show unit. An environment that's created for the affluent.
The exclusive areas surrounded by the rich nature. - ናይ ፕሮጀክት ግዜ
- The project started in year 2021 during the preliminary design stage. However due to the lock down in Malaysia, we can only carry out the renovation concurrently with the build in 2022.
- ናይ ስርሒት ፍሰት
- The challenge of to construct this interior renovation of the show unit is that, we have to work concurrently with the main builder, as certain part of the show unit has not been constructed yet such as the toilets and the first floor.
The area was pretty secluded and muddy, with limited water resources. Thus, we have to source our water supply at site to ensure the work can be carried out. - ኣባላት ጋንታ
