እቲ ፍሎው ኣብ ታይፐይ ከተማ፡ ታይዋን ዝርከብ ናይ ሓደ መንበሪ ህንጻ ሓባራዊ ቦታታት ዝኸውን ናይ ህዝባዊ ቦታ ውሽጣዊ ንድፊ እዩ። ቲም ዲዛይን ማይ ኮይኑ፡ ከም ምሳልያዊ መግለጺ ናይ ግዜን ምንቅስቓስን ኮይኑ ዝተጠቕመ እዩ። ካብ ቀንዲ መእተዊ ጀሚሩ ክሳብ ጣውላ ኣቀባብላ፡ ቀጺሉ ኣብ ውሽጢ ናይ ዕረፍቲ ክፍሊ፡ ናይ ፖስታ ክፍልን ትሕቲ ምድሪ መዕረፊ መካይንን ዝሓልፍ፡ ጠምዛዝ ማዕበላዊ ቅርጺ ዘለዎ ናይ ዕንጨይቲ ፍርግርግ ናሕሲ ተዘርጊሑ ይርከብ። ኣብ መንደቕታት ኣዳራሽ ሊፍት ዝርከቡ ጭቡጣት ስቴንለስ ስቲል ፓነላት ድማ ማዕበላት ዘዘኻኽሩ እዮም። ነጸብራቓውያን መንደቓትን ጻዕዳ ዕንጣር ዝመስሉ ሸራሚክ ንጣፋትን ነቲ ቦታ ካብቲ ዘለዎ ንላዕሊ ገፊሕ ኮይኑ ንኽርአ ይገብርዎ። ዕንጨይትን ስቴንለስ ስቲልን ዝተመርጹሉ ምኽንያት ክልቲኦም ንዳግማይ ጥቕሚ ክውዕሉ ዝኽእሉ ስለዝኾኑ እዩ።

The Flow ናይ ህዝባዊ ቦታ ውሽጣዊ ንድፊ ናይ ነሓስ ሽልማት A' Design Award ዝዓወተ እዩ፣ ብፈጠራ፣ ርእሰ ሓይልን ስቕታን ዝፍለዩ ብልጫ ዘለዎም ዲዛይናት ዝወሃብ ኣዚዩ ክቡር ኣፍልጦ። ዘዓወቱ ነሓስ ሰፊሕ ተሞክሮ፣ ምሕሳብን ርእሰ ምምዕባልን ዲዛይነራቶም ዘረጋግጹ ኣዚዮም ክኢላታትን ብዘደንቕ መገዲ ፈጠራውያንን ኣርቴፋክትታት እዮም። The Flow ናይ ህዝባዊ ቦታ ውሽጣዊ ንድፊ ብዙሕ ዝተመነየ፣ ዝደነቐን ዝፈተዎን ብኣገዳሲ መገዲ ሞያውን ሓድሽን ኣቕሓ ክኾን ይጽበ። እዚ ዝዓወተ ዲዛይን ናይ ነሓስ ሽልማት A' Design Award ኣብ ጥበብ፣ ሳይንስ፣ ዲዛይንን ቴክኖሎጂን ዝበለጹ ልምድታት ዘጣምር፣ ንዝርዝር ብዝህቦ ኣቓልቦ ድማ ዝበለጸ እዩ። The Flow ናይ ህዝባዊ ቦታ ውሽጣዊ ንድፊ ድልየታት ብጽባቐ የማልእ፣ ንድሌታት ይትንክፍ፣ ንስምዒታት የማርኽን ሕቶ ድማ የሰሕብን።

ናይ ፕረስ ኪት

ክረዲትታት፣ ኣባላት ጋንታን ቴክኒካዊ ዝርዝራትን ብዲዛይነር ዝቐረቡ።

ፍሉያት ባህርያት: Wood grill ceiling with curved wavy three-dimensional shapes the water flow from the main entrance all the way to the reception desk and continuing through the lounge and mailroom, the ceiling of the underground parking area as well.

ናይ ምፍራይ ቴክኖሎጂ: Ripples-looked stainless corrugated panels on the side wall and ceiling of the elevator hall from the second floor and above are another way to portray moving water.
ናይ ዲዛይን ብድሆ: Due to the limitation of the building width, the designer utilized big panels of fire-rated glass windows and doors to elongate the space and allow people at reception to look over the driveway for security purposes as well.
ምርምር: Just like water is a recyclable resource, Wood and stainless steel are major materials to carry out the design concept which are also 100% recyclable. With environmental sustainability in mind, the designer chose light-colored walls to save energy consumption by requiring less interior lighting, and chose locally designed and produced tiles on all the floorings and walls to reduce the carbon footprint.
ምንጪ ሓሳብ: The residential building located adjacent to the road was called Imperial Envoy Avenue where the US Ambassador's residence and American Embassy were located. The rhythm of t public facilities space design is based on the idea of water. As the metaphor of time and traffic creates the imagery of transparency and reflection of flow movement.

ናይ ስርሒት ፍሰት: Having reflective finished walls in the social area visually widened the space. White marble effect ceramic wall tiles at the reception, basement transition zone, and elevator hall also give some sense of extension.
