ቪላ አንትዮቅያ ኣብ ካፕ ካና፡ ፑንታ ካና፡ ዶሚኒካን ሪፐብሊክ ዝርከብ ብሕታዊ መንበሪ ኣባይቲ እዩ። እዚ ገዛ እዚ ኣብ 2630 ትርብዒት ሜትሮ ቦታ ዝርከብ ኰይኑ፡ 1130 ትርብዒት ሜትሮ ስራሕ ህንጻ ይሽፍን። እቲ ዲዛይን ምስቲ ናይ ደገ ከባቢታት ናይቲ ቦታ ብኣካላውን ብራኢን ክሓልፍ ዝኽእል ውሽጣዊ ቦታታት ይፈጥር። ናይ ከባቢ ኩነታት ኣየር ንኣጠቓቕማ ተፈጥሮኣዊ ኣየር ምልውዋጥ (ventilation) መሪሑ እዩ። ኣብ ግንባር እቲ ህንጻ ዝርከብ ሰፊሕ ካንቲለቨር (cantilever) ንመእተዊ ደገ ይምስርት። ተፈጥሮኣዊ ዝተፈረየ እምኒ፡ ናይ ዕንጨይቲ ሽፋናትን ዓበይቲ-ዓቐን ስሌት ማርሞርን ድማ ነቲ ናይ ንዋት ምርጫ (material palette) ይቐርጹ።

ፍሉያት ባህርያት: The design concept for Villa Antioquia was developed under the idea of generating interior spaces that allow permeability, both physical and visual, with the exterior areas of the site. Its design is influenced by the conditions of the location, in the use of climatic strategies to opt for natural ventilation, as well as the delight of the landscape and generate transformable spaces.
