Serpentinata, the 3D printed pen, is our first product, and it is aimed at and designed to reduce the impact on the environment by producing only what we need.
ናይ ምፍራይ ቴክኖሎጂ: Figura Serpentinata is the Italian word for serpentine. It is the name of the Renaissance technique that was created to give a more graceful and dynamic feeling by adding a twisting movement to the motif of the human body.
It has the meaning of the ideas that we can create from nothing only based on inspiration. We designed while thinking that if the intelligence was visualized in a shape, it would look like this.
And this is where Serpentinata is named.
ምንጪ ሓሳብ: In recent years, the concept of digital fabrication has emerged worldwide to bring one answer to the waste problem of mass production. The idea is to use new production technologies, such as 3D printers, to create new products that suit one only, which one can not have with mass production. We decided to think about products that can be produced by digital fabrication with this aim, and this pen is our first product.
