ዳብፓ-ሻቲን ኣብ ወሽጣዊ ደርቢ ናይ ሓደ ናይ ሆንግ ኮንግ ትካል ዕዳጋ ዝርከብ ናይ ቤት-መግቢ ውሽጣዊ ክፋል እዩ። እቲ ውጥን ልክዕ ከም ናይ ሕዋስ ቅርጺ ብ360 ዲግሪ ዙረት ዝሰርሕ ኮይኑ፣ ሰራሕተኛታት ካብ ክሽነ ንኹሉ ጣውላ ብቐሊሉ ክበጽሑ ዘኽእል እዩ። ቦታ ምግቢ ምብላዕ 2233 ትርብዒት ጫማ ስፍሓት ኣለዎ። ነፍሲ ወከፍ መንበር-ድግስ ኣብ ጎድኒ ሓደ ዓቢ መስኮት ትርኢት ምስ ኣብ መንደቕ ዝተነፍሐ ተኽሊ ተቐማጢ ኮይኑ፣ ንዘመናውያን ውልቃዊ ምስጢርን ውልቃዊ ትርኢትን ይህቦም። ኣብ ኩለን ላዕለዋይ ገጻት ናይ ሙስ ሸፋፍኖታት ተነቕኒቐን ኣለዋ። እዚ ስነ-ንድፍ ንውሽጣውን ግዳማውን ቦታ ብሓባር የተሓሓዞ፣ ከምኡ'ውን ካብ ድኳን ንላዕሊ ከም ገነት እዩ ዝንበብ።

Dabpa-Shatin ናይ ቤት-መግቢ ውሽጣዊ ስነ-ንድፍ ናይ ነሓስ ሽልማት A' Design Award ዝዓወተ እዩ፣ ብፈጠራ፣ ርእሰ ሓይልን ስቕታን ዝፍለዩ ብልጫ ዘለዎም ዲዛይናት ዝወሃብ ኣዚዩ ክቡር ኣፍልጦ። ዘዓወቱ ነሓስ ሰፊሕ ተሞክሮ፣ ምሕሳብን ርእሰ ምምዕባልን ዲዛይነራቶም ዘረጋግጹ ኣዚዮም ክኢላታትን ብዘደንቕ መገዲ ፈጠራውያንን ኣርቴፋክትታት እዮም። Dabpa-Shatin ናይ ቤት-መግቢ ውሽጣዊ ስነ-ንድፍ ብዙሕ ዝተመነየ፣ ዝደነቐን ዝፈተዎን ብኣገዳሲ መገዲ ሞያውን ሓድሽን ኣቕሓ ክኾን ይጽበ። እዚ ዝዓወተ ዲዛይን ናይ ነሓስ ሽልማት A' Design Award ኣብ ጥበብ፣ ሳይንስ፣ ዲዛይንን ቴክኖሎጂን ዝበለጹ ልምድታት ዘጣምር፣ ንዝርዝር ብዝህቦ ኣቓልቦ ድማ ዝበለጸ እዩ። Dabpa-Shatin ናይ ቤት-መግቢ ውሽጣዊ ስነ-ንድፍ ድልየታት ብጽባቐ የማልእ፣ ንድሌታት ይትንክፍ፣ ንስምዒታት የማርኽን ሕቶ ድማ የሰሕብን።

ክረዲትታት፣ ኣባላት ጋንታን ቴክኒካዊ ዝርዝራትን ብዲዛይነር ዝቐረቡ።

ፍሉያት ባህርያት: The shop is shaped like a cell form and it’s located at the ground floor, an unbright corner of the mall. However, owning the special characteristic that sited near the communal passage with a blast of daylight and garden decor. This makes Kevin Yiu – founder of Minus Workshop to brought up the concept story of “a surprise journey to the oriental garden”, targeted to create interconnectivity between the outdoor and indoor, style it to look like a garden from the outside rather than a shop from the inside. Approached to let the passersby to discover surprises under a sense of understated timelessness.
ዓቐንን ማዕሸግን: The shop area is shaped like a cell form with a 360 traffic circulation and the area size is 2233sq.ft.

ናይ ምፍራይ ቴክኖሎጂ: each set of the banquette seater is designed next to a large window scene with a unique piece of potted landscape to provide extra privacy to customers. So people are able to enjoy their own piece of landscape while enjoying their dining. Additionally, each piece of the moss plate you found in the design were inlays and they were installed base on our design intuition, we first worked out certain modules of the mosses to create more than 100 foam plates and test fitted each of them on site for best visuality combination.
ናይ ዲዛይን ብድሆ: The project required to provide a welcoming restaurant design that is attractive to the passersby inside this busy mall. Client wanted it all age orientated to make the stereotyped Sichuan cuisine more hospitable. Privacy was one great concern too, client wanted an unconventional space that able to encourage private conversation, so small groups of customers from the hustle city can liberate there longer. Occasional private event was also another guideline.
ምርምር: The shop name "Dapab" is named after a beautiful scenic area in Chengdu, China. We studied the geographical character of the location first and begin to draw conceptual story out of it.
ምንጪ ሓሳብ: Dab-pa is named after a beautiful scenic area in Chengdu. this restaurant is missioned to land on the busiest (statistic-wise) shopping arcade in Hong Kong- New Town Plaza, intended to provide their unique recipe of Sichuan cuisine to its customer. Designed by Minus Workshop, their concept story leads this quiet corner of the mall to become a popular topic of the town.
ናይ ፕሮጀክት ግዜ: The shop is located in the busiest (statistic-wise) shopping arcade in Hong Kong- New Town Plaza. The project started on June 2020 and ended on December, 2020
ናይ ስርሒት ፍሰት: Their signature hot dish serves in a large pot for this shop, that’s why the space is planned in a 360 circulation, staffs can access the traffic from the kitchen to all tables effortlessly. Each set of the banquette seater is designed next to a large window scene with a unique piece of potted landscape to provide unique dining experience to customers.
