ሞኖሊቲክ ሃውስ ኣብ ጅዳ እትርከብ ብሕታዊ ቪላ እያ። እቲ ህንጻ ካብ ሰለስተ ቀንዲ ኣካላት ዝቖመ ኮይኑ፡ እዞም ኣካላት ተሰጋጊሮም ደጋዊ ቀጽርታት ንኽፈጥሩ ተሰሪዖም ኣለዉ፡ እዚ ድማ ኣሰራርዓ ባህላዊ ዓረባዊ ኣባይቲ ብምስዓብ እዩ። እቲ ደጋዊ ሽፋን ካብ ማሽራቢያ ዝተመስጠ ጥንታዊ ስዑዳዊ ቅርጺ ዘለዎም ፍርቂ-ግሉጻት መጋረጃታት ይጥቀም። ብሞተር ዝኽፈት ስርዓት ብርሃን ጸሓይ ይቆጻጸር፡ ኣብቲ ደቡባዊ ገጽ ጽላልን ውልቃውነትን ይህብ፡ ከምኡ'ውን ተፈጥሮኣዊ ኣየር ምንቅስቓስ የፍቅድ። እቲ ኣቃውማ ብኮንክሪት ዝተሃንጸ ኮይኑ፡ ብዝተለምጸ እምኒ ትራቨርቲን፡ ጸሊም ሓጺን፡ ስቱኮን ዕንጨይቲ ዋልናትን ዝተወደአ እዩ። ንስድራቤት፡ ንኣጋይሽን ንኣገልግሎታትን ዝፈላለዩ መእተዊታት ኣለዉ።

Monolithic House ብሕታዊ ቪላ ናይ ወርቂ ሽልማት A' Design Award ዝዓወተ እዩ፣ ንቀዳምነት ደረጃ ዘለዎም፣ ዘገርሙን ዝተፈልዩን ዲዛይናት ዝወሃብ ኣዚዩ ክቡር ኣፍልጦ። ዘዓወቱ ወርቂ ጥበብን ፍልጠትን ክእለትን ዲዛይነራቶም ዘንጸባርቑ ኣዚዮም ሓደሽቲ፣ ርእይቶ ዘለዎምን ዘንጸባርቑን ፍጥረታት እዮም። Monolithic House ብሕታዊ ቪላ ዘይተራእየ ዋጋ ዘምጽእ ኣዚዩ ዝተሞገሰ፣ ዝንባሌ ዘቐምጥን ሓውሲ ዝመስልን ፈጠራ ክኾን ይጽበ። እዚ ዝዓወተ ዲዛይን ናይ ወርቂ ሽልማት A' Design Award ደረት ጥበብ፣ ሳይንስ፣ ዲዛይንን ቴክኖሎጂን ብብዙሕ ጥቕሚ ዘስፍሕ ዘደንቕ ዝኽበር ፕሮጀክት እዩ። Monolithic House ብሕታዊ ቪላ ሓያል ድሌት ዘሕድር፣ ተሃዋሕዋሕ ዘበራብር፣ ፈጠራ ዘተባብዕን ንዓና ዘማርኽን እዩ።

ክረዲትታት፣ ኣባላት ጋንታን ቴክኒካዊ ዝርዝራትን ብዲዛይነር ዝቐረቡ።

ፍሉያት ባህርያት: Conceptual idea was to explore the architecture relation between indoor and outdoor spaces, through a composition of three main masses that were shifted to create external courts inspired from Arabic traditional houses. The house envelope was designed using semi-transparent screens, with old Saudi pattern that was inspired by (Mashrabiya), that have been used to give a dynamic visual interaction, guaranteeing privacy and shading on the south facade, and regulating the entry of sunlight by motorized openable system, while always allowing natural ventilation.

ናይ ምፍራይ ቴክኖሎጂ: -Main Structure: Concrete -Main Architectural Finishes: Honed Travertine Stone, Black Steel, Off White Stucco, Matt Walnut Wood, Double Glazed Glass, Perforated Openable Screen
ናይ ዲዛይን ብድሆ: -To create a quality living experience and redefine the image of a residential building in Jeddah while maintaining the climate requirements and privacy needs dictated by the Arab culture, were the main design challenges. -The client requested several separate entrances for gender segregation. -Based on the data collection the Architectural design direction is a mixture of Resort/Luxury design with traditional accents using natural materials. -Height limitation, Setbacks & maximum Built up area was dictated by Saudi Architecture Regulations.
