ብዛዕባ MGY Base ቤት ጽሕፈት

ኤም.ጂ.ዋይ. ቤዝ ንሓደ ናይ ክዳውንቲ ብራንድ ኣብ ቶክዮ፣ ጃፓን ዝተሃንጸ ህንጻ ቤት ጽሕፈት እዩ። ዲዛይኑ ነቲ ሰባት ክእከቡሉ ዝደልዩ ስዉር መደበር (secret base) ዝብል ሓሳብ ይስዕብ። እቲ ቀንዲ ደርቢ 6 ሜትሮ ብራኸ ዘለዎ ኮይኑ፣ እቲ ሰፊሕ ናይ ብርጭቆ ገጽ ህንጻ ናይ ፍርቂ-ደገ ቦታ ዝመስል ስምዒት ይፈጥር። ኣብቲ ሎፍት ዝርከብ ናይ ሽቦ መርበብ፣ ናይ ኢንዱስትሪ ስታይል መብራህቲታት፣ ከምኡ’ውን ካብ ሓጺንን ስካፎልድን ዝተሰርሑ ኣቕሑት ነቲ ተመሳሳሊ ኣርእስቲ ይድግፉ። እቲ ህንጻ ብምድልዳል ዝተሰርሐ ኮንክሪት (reinforced concrete) ቅርጺ ዘለዎ ኮይኑ፣ ጠቕላላ ስፍሓት ደርቢ 124 ትርብዒት ሜትሮ ኣለዎ። እቲ ክፉት ውሽጣዊ ኣቀማምጣ ርክብን ምቹእ ስራሕን ንምትብባዕ ዝዓለመ እዩ።

MGY Base ቤት ጽሕፈት ናይ ነሓስ ሽልማት A' Design Award ዝዓወተ እዩ፣ ብፈጠራ፣ ርእሰ ሓይልን ስቕታን ዝፍለዩ ብልጫ ዘለዎም ዲዛይናት ዝወሃብ ኣዚዩ ክቡር ኣፍልጦ። ዘዓወቱ ነሓስ ሰፊሕ ተሞክሮ፣ ምሕሳብን ርእሰ ምምዕባልን ዲዛይነራቶም ዘረጋግጹ ኣዚዮም ክኢላታትን ብዘደንቕ መገዲ ፈጠራውያንን ኣርቴፋክትታት እዮም። MGY Base ቤት ጽሕፈት ብዙሕ ዝተመነየ፣ ዝደነቐን ዝፈተዎን ብኣገዳሲ መገዲ ሞያውን ሓድሽን ኣቕሓ ክኾን ይጽበ። እዚ ዝዓወተ ዲዛይን ናይ ነሓስ ሽልማት A' Design Award ኣብ ጥበብ፣ ሳይንስ፣ ዲዛይንን ቴክኖሎጂን ዝበለጹ ልምድታት ዘጣምር፣ ንዝርዝር ብዝህቦ ኣቓልቦ ድማ ዝበለጸ እዩ። MGY Base ቤት ጽሕፈት ድልየታት ብጽባቐ የማልእ፣ ንድሌታት ይትንክፍ፣ ንስምዒታት የማርኽን ሕቶ ድማ የሰሕብን።

ፍሉያት ባህርያት: An office like a secret base where people would want to gather.
The novel corona virus has brought to light the necessity of communication in the office. Our design is an example of an answer to the problem.
MGY Base is an apparel brand office situated in Tokyo. The main floor is 6m high and its huge glass facade gives the impression of semi-outdoor space. Wire mesh used in the loft, industrial taste lighting, iron and scaffold used fixtures, and other details represent the secret base the client asked for.

ናይ ምፍራይ ቴክኖሎጂ: Distinctive facade promotes the apparel brand.
High ceiling on the main floor reminiscent of the semi-outdoor, providing an open and comfortable atmosphere that eliminates the stuffiness of the office.
Unified with design ideas that make the brand playful, such as mesh mezzanine.
ምንጪ ሓሳብ: We tried to design an office that is a third-place that makes you want to assemble and work.
A place
1. where the clients and business associates would like to go and want to gather.
2. where the staff feel comfortable and want to work longer.
3. that is unique and playful.
We designed an office with these three points in mind to give a sense of the brand's personality.

ናይ ስርሒት ፍሰት: Efficiency from the management perspective, offices are increasingly being consolidated into urban areas and are expanding in size. At the same time, more and more start-up companies and companies with an awareness of design management are creating unique offices with an emphasis on quality and design. Against this backdrop, the COVID-19 has called into question the meaning of the office. This was an opportunity to rethink the meaning of working and gathering in one place.
