ቲያንጂን ኣር-ኬይ ዋን ኣይላንድ ኣብ ቲያንጂን፡ ቻይና ዝርከብ፡ 983 ትርብዒት ሜትሮ ዝሽፍን ናይ ሽያጭ ማእከል እዩ። ውሽጣዊ ንድፉ ከም ኸተማዊ ናይ ስድራ-ቤት ክፍሊ (living room) ተባሂሉ ተሓሲቡ፡ ንማሕበራዊ ርክብ ዘገልግል ቦታ ኮይኑ ይሰርሕ። ከም ናይ ዘተ ቦታ፡ ናይ ንባብ ክፍሊ፡ ናይ ሻሂ ክፍሊ፡ ናይ ቪ.ኣይ.ፒ ክፍልን ናይ ሲጋር ክፍልን ዝኣመሰሉ ብዝሒ ናይ ብሕትነት ቦታታት ተሓቚፉ ኣሎ። እዚ ንድፍ እዚ ካብ ናይ ቦታዊ ባህሊ ቲያንጂንን ካብቲ ኣብ መንጎ ሰብን ተፈጥሮን ዘሎ ርክብን ዝብገስ እዩ። ባህላዊ ትሕዝቶታት ምስ ዘመናዊ ቅርጽታት ተላፊኖም ቀሪቦም ኣለዉ። ዕላማ እቲ ንድፊ፡ ንነበርቲ ጽባቐኣውን መንፈሳውን ስምምዕ (resonance) ዝህብ ብዙሕ-ዕማማዊ ቦታ ምፍጣር እዩ።

- Themed by 'Urban Living Room', BLUEMOON has built a social communication field featuring urban lake-villa, constructed relatively private functional areas including negotiation area, study room, tea room, VIP room, cigar room and so on, created a multi-functional living room that is close to nature and return to the humanities based on deep excavation for cultures and the co-exist relationship between humanity and nature depicted by flexible techniques, and realized the space that matches with the wealth class in lifestyle and can generate aesthetic resonance and spiritual resonance for residents.
