- The challenge was to unify diverse functions without visual fragmentation. Internally, the team had to balance aesthetics and serviceability. Externally, unfamiliarity with sintered stone and modular logic demanded new construction methods and education. The solution was a layered design validated through multi perspective analysis.

- Research focused on redefining workplace space in urban renewal. Methods included case studies, spatial simulations, and material prototyping. Tools involved BIM and full scale mockups.
