Maandishi ya Kitabu: Both Boutique and Music ni mradi wa mambo ya ndani ya rejareja ulioko Red Town, kiwanda cha zamani cha chuma huko Shanghai ambacho sasa ni eneo la sanaa ya uchongaji. Mpango huu unajumuisha duka la kifahari lenye eneo la mita za mraba 370 na duka la muziki lenye eneo la mita za mraba 170, vyote vikiwa vimepangwa katika ghorofa mbili. Muundo huu umejengwa juu ya wazo la utofautiano kati ya Magharibi na Mashariki, kale na kisasa, pamoja na hali tulivu na yenye msisimko. Duka la kifahari limeundwa kama daraja linaloleta bidhaa kutoka pande zote za dunia, huku duka la muziki likipangwa kuzunguka kitendo cha kuzingatia. Mazingira ya bustani ya sanaa yanayolizunguka eneo hilo yamehifadhiwa ili kuhamasisha mwingiliano miongoni mwa wakazi wa eneo hilo.
