Kuhusu Prestige Life Jengo la Ofisi
Prestige Life ni jengo la ofisi na biashara lililoko Seyhan, Adana, nchini Uturuki. Jengo hili limejengwa kwenye kiwanja cha mita za mraba 2835 na lina eneo la jumla la ujenzi la mita za mraba 3500, likiwa limepangwa katika ghorofa ya chini ya ardhi, ghorofa ya ardhini na ghorofa mbili za juu. Muundo wake ni wa zege iliyoimarishwa kwa chuma, na sehemu ya mbele ya jengo imetumia paneli za zege zilizotengenezwa awali. Vioo vikubwa huingiza mwanga wa mchana, huku vizuia jua vya wima vikipunguza ongezeko la joto. Ghorofa ya ardhini huunda njia endelevu ya watembea kwa miguu yenye vitengo vya biashara, na daraja huunganisha ghorofa za juu. Matuta ya juu na viwanja vya ndani husaidia upatikanaji wa mwanga na mwingiliano wa watu.

- This office and commercial complex, located in Seyhan, Adana, redefines urban presence on a compact plot wiith its clean geometry, precast facades and layered transparency. The project offers a refined spatial dialogue between interior and exterior. The composition supports a programmatic mix while maintaining timeless architectural clarity.

- The building sits on a 2835 m2 plot with a total construction area of 3500 m2. It comprises a basement, ground floor and two upper floors, housing office spaces, flexible commercial units, and social interfaces such as terraces and courtyards carefully planned to optimize flow and density.

- Teknolojia ya Uzalishaji
- The structural system is reinforced concrete, paired with a prefabricated facade system using precast concrete panels. Glazing units maximize daylight, while vertical sunshades reduce heat gain. Smart building technologies are integrated into all floors to optimize energy and user comfort.

- A key design challenge was resolving the steep plot angles and rigid façade geometry while preserving programmatic clarity. The integration of cantilevers and a connecting bridge required careful structural articulation. Ensuring two separate volumes speak a shared language while expressing their individuality added further complexity to the architectural dialogue.
- Msukumo
- The project is inspired by the urban rhythm of Adana and the permanence of public structures. Aiming for timelessness, the design relies on repetition, shadow play, and void articulation, transforming structural logic into a soft urban presence anchored in context.
- Muda wa Mradi
- The project was initiated in March and completed in June, following an intensive design process focused on contextual integration and architectural clarity. Located in a commercially dense urban setting in Turkey, the building was shaped by the need to establish public continuity and spatial fluidity through form, transparency and circulation.
- Mtiririko wa Uendeshaji
- The circulation strategy of the project is based on permeability and layering. The ground floor is designed as a continuous pedestrian route with commercial units, while upper floors are connected by a bridge. Vertical and horizontal transitions are defined by voids, terraces and large openings that allow natural light and interaction between different functions.
