Kuhusu Nubed Godoro

Nubed ni godoro lililobuniwa kwa ajili ya mapumziko mazuri. Godoro hili lina pembe za mviringo na kifuniko cha polyester chenye ustatilifu (stretch) kinachofuata umbo la mwili. Ndani yake, mamia ya chemchemi ndogo (minisprings) zilizotengenezwa kwa povu la polyurethane lenye ustahimilivu wa hali ya juu huunda maeneo huru ya kupumzikia. Ugumu wa maeneo haya hutofautiana kote kwenye godoro ili kutoa msaada unaofaa kwa kila sehemu ya mwili. Hewa husogea kwa uhuru kupitia nafasi za ndani, jambo linaloboresha mzunguko wa hewa kwenye povu. Kila tabaka hukatwa kwa mashine inayodhibitiwa na kompyuta kisha kubandikwa kwenye tabaka linalofuata.

Nubed Godoro ni mshindi wa Tuzo ya Chuma ya A' Design Award, utambuzi wenye heshima unaotolewa kwa miundo mizuri inayokidhi mahitaji ya kitaalamu na ya kiviwanda yanayotarajiwa kutoka kwa kazi zilizobuniwa vizuri. Washindi wa Chuma huonyesha ustadi mkubwa, utaalamu wa hali ya juu, uelewa wa kitaalamu na uwezo wa kibunifu wa waumbaji wao. Nubed Godoro inatarajiwa kuwa kazi inayothaminiwa sana, kupendwa na kuenziwa, ambayo ni ya vitendo na bunifu. Muundo huu ulioshinda Tuzo ya Chuma ya A' Design Award unajumuisha mbinu bora za tasnia na una sifa za kiufundi zenye uwezo zilizounganishwa na ujuzi na kipaji. Nubed Godoro inaheshimiwa kwa uangalifu wake na imebuniwa kutoa maboresho ya ubora wa maisha yanayosaidia kuufanya ulimwengu kuwa mahali bora zaidi.

Sifa za Kipekee: Is a mattress with an unique look, with rounded corners to remind us that going to bed should be smooth and relaxing. The stretch fabric easily contours to the body. Inside there are hundreds of minisprings made of high resilience foam that create independent resting minizones that vary their firmness along the mattress to provide the right support to each part of the body. Thru its interior spaces the air moves freely solving the ventilation problems that is present in most foam mattres.

Teknolojia ya Uzalishaji: The design of the core and comfort layers were made applying ergonomic principles with CAD software. Using a CNC contouring machine each layer was cut in two dimensions from a high resilience polyurethane foam block. The layers are glued together with hotmelt adhesive. The cover was cut and sewn and it is made from polyester stretch fabric.
Changamoto ya Ubunifu: To find a way to make a mattress that was different from the average mattress and its look had to communicate this in the first impression. The design of the core or support system was challenging because it had to be functional and offer both support and comfort at the same time all these was possible selecting proper fabrication materials and using technologies like CAD software and CNC machines.
Utafiti: The goal of the project was to present an innovative type of mattress, starting from the design of the support system which was possible thanks to an ergonomic and mechanical analysis of a mattress. The support forces of the system were calculated according to the body’s weight distribution resulting in different comfort areas with different amount of support.
Msukumo: In the world there are people who see and make things in a different way from other people and dream about making changes in aspects of life that really matters. All of them want to make a difference in this world. Every important project or task starts with a dream and those dreamers need the perfect place to start dreaming, a peaceful and comfortable mattress that reminds them how unique they are.
Muda wa Mradi: Started in 2019 and finished in 2021 in Mexico City.
Mtiririko wa Uendeshaji: The user only needs lay down and the mattress will work adapting to the body and providing the right amount of support. No matters if the person sleeps on its back, side or stomach the minisprings inside will gently compress and contour to the body helping to release pressure. In case the mattress would need to be move it is easy to do it because it is light weight but very resistant.
