Kuhusu Jinmao Palace Kituo cha Mauzo
Jinmao Palace ni kituo cha mauzo kilichopo katika Wilaya ya Fengtai, Beijing, karibu na Mto Yongding. Sehemu ya ndani inashughulikia mita za mraba 682 kwenye ghorofa ya chini ya kibiashara. Muundo huu unaingiza mandhari ya asili na mada za mashambani ndani ya jiji, ukiongozwa na wazo la mzunguko wa maisha ya jamii wa dakika kumi na tano. Utendaji uliochochewa na masoko na mikahawa umewekwa ndani ya nafasi, na mipaka kati ya maeneo imelegezwa. As for this design, the designer introduces the concept of landscape and pastoral life in the city with the aim of leading the new lifestyle of the surrounding area and setting a good example of the project brand, thus creating the 8th low-density high-tech house at Beijing Jinmao Palace. With the aspiration for comfortable living, Jinmao Mansion is expected to be the model of urban living.

- The design fully considers the interest of space. The designer starts with architectural thinking and enhances the spatial level to create a different way of experience. The vivid theme of living community is designed to blend into nature, introduce scene functions and weaken the boundary of each functional area in the space.
- Msukumo
- The designer derives the concept of sharing and symbiosis in the daily life in new metropolis. Urban life carries the function of people's social life. Therefore, the designer focuses on creating a "15-minute community living circle", implanting the concept of hypermarket and cafe life in the space.

- Mtiririko wa Uendeshaji
- According to the design concept, the designer, getting rid of conventional mindset, decorates the reception hall with water lights, which look like the flowing water. The double-height smoke resin acrylic screen and the water pattern of the reception background echo with each other, forming a romantic atmosphere of life. The designer integrates vitality, nature, cloud, smoke and water to make the whole space full of vitality.
