Kuhusu Viti Stand

Monolith ya kikaboni iliyoundwa kwa kutumia kanuni za uwiano wa dhahabu na mawazo, yaani: unyenyekevu, utendaji, usalama, uimara. Rangi nyeusi ya matt yenye kina kirefu na umbile la uso hueneza mwanga na kupunguza nyama. Muundo unaotokana na maumbo ya asili na kwa kuzingatia uwiano wa dhahabu ambao huongeza uthabiti na kupunguza mitetemo ya vifaa vilivyowekwa. Viti Stand ni mshindi wa Tuzo ya Chuma ya A' Design Award, utambuzi wenye heshima unaotolewa kwa miundo mizuri inayokidhi mahitaji ya kitaalamu na ya kiviwanda yanayotarajiwa kutoka kwa kazi zilizobuniwa vizuri. Washindi wa Chuma huonyesha ustadi mkubwa, utaalamu wa hali ya juu, uelewa wa kitaalamu na uwezo wa kibunifu wa waumbaji wao. Viti Stand inatarajiwa kuwa kazi inayothaminiwa sana, kupendwa na kuenziwa, ambayo ni ya vitendo na bunifu. Muundo huu ulioshinda Tuzo ya Chuma ya A' Design Award unajumuisha mbinu bora za tasnia na una sifa za kiufundi zenye uwezo zilizounganishwa na ujuzi na kipaji. Sifa za Kipekee: ViTi stand is a multifunctional video monitor installation system based on the principles of minimalism, functionality, intuition, aesthetics, safety and durability. Thanks to the use of golden proportions and an organic form, we have developed good structural stability and a slim shape. We reduced reflections by 95 percent by using light-absorbing paint.

Teknolojia ya Uzalishaji: Models designed in 3D technology cut with CNC laser from structural steel sheet. The models processed with a bender into an acute angle. The sandblasting process covered all the elements that covered with a certified powder paint with a fine structure. The stands were serigraphy by created information boards, among others, about the degrees of inclination. The components combined in the assembly process into the finished product.
Changamoto ya Ubunifu: The challenge was to produce stands with our invented shape and rounded edges. It was a big challenge for us to find subcontractors who will comply with our requirements and meet our expectations.
Utafiti: The aim of the study was to obtain a durable coating with a minimum degree of gloss on a steel streamlined surface. 4 tiles and their: hardness, gloss - photoelectric devices were tested. The factor determining these properties is the ratio of matting and hardening components. Techniques for processing rounded surfaces have been refined and the problem of light reflection has been eliminated, thanks to which the stage equipment can be durable and hardly visible in the camera.
Msukumo: Working on the stage, we encountered the problem of the lack of a system for installing video monitors. Based on many years of experience and Bauhaus concepts, we decided to create a multifunctional stand that meets our requirements: ergonomics, organic form, minimalism, functionality, intuitiveness, safety, durability. Using the golden ratio, mathematical concepts and material properties, we have achieved high stability and a harmonious shape inspired by nature.
Muda wa Mradi: The project started in June 2020 in Warsaw and finished in May 2021.
Mtiririko wa Uendeshaji: The device is bolted to the mounting plate (Vesa), which is inserted onto the shoulder of the stand. The height shall be determined by selecting one of the openings of the arm by twisting the locking knob through it. The Loco model is additionally equipped with a function of changing the angle of the shoulder from 0 to 60 degrees. By selecting the right hole we set the angle and locking using a pin-lock. It allows exposure as a stand-alone form, stage design or multimedia installation. Viti stands can be used e.g. as: stage view, VJ or performer; a stand for a touch, display or gaming monitor; table or floor video element.
