Kuhusu Miro Distributed 2020 Ubunifu wa Uzoefu wa Tukio la Kimtandao
Miro Distributed 2020 ni uzoefu wa mkutano wa kimtandao ulioundwa kwa ajili ya tukio la kila mwaka la mtandaoni lenye zaidi ya waliojisajili 30,000. Muundo huu unajumuisha mabao 55 shirikishi yanayosaidia wageni kujifunza, kujenga mitandao na kuhudhuria warsha. Dhima ya kuona inategemea nafasi ya anga. Wageni hutua kwenye bao kuu linaloonekana kama galaksi, kisha huvuta karibu na kuelekeza ili kufikia mabao 18 zaidi, kama vile ratiba, kanuni za maadili na ukuta wa maoni. Lengo ni kutoa uzoefu wa kimtandao unaomvuta mtumiaji kwa gharama nafuu zaidi ukilinganisha na matukio ya ana kwa ana.

Miro Distributed 2020 Ubunifu wa Uzoefu wa Tukio la Kimtandao ni mshindi wa Tuzo ya Chuma ya A' Design Award, utambuzi wenye heshima unaotolewa kwa miundo mizuri inayokidhi mahitaji ya kitaalamu na ya kiviwanda yanayotarajiwa kutoka kwa kazi zilizobuniwa vizuri. Washindi wa Chuma huonyesha ustadi mkubwa, utaalamu wa hali ya juu, uelewa wa kitaalamu na uwezo wa kibunifu wa waumbaji wao. Miro Distributed 2020 Ubunifu wa Uzoefu wa Tukio la Kimtandao inatarajiwa kuwa kazi inayothaminiwa sana, kupendwa na kuenziwa, ambayo ni ya vitendo na bunifu. Muundo huu ulioshinda Tuzo ya Chuma ya A' Design Award unajumuisha mbinu bora za tasnia na una sifa za kiufundi zenye uwezo zilizounganishwa na ujuzi na kipaji. Miro Distributed 2020 Ubunifu wa Uzoefu wa Tukio la Kimtandao inaheshimiwa kwa uangalifu wake na imebuniwa kutoa maboresho ya ubora wa maisha yanayosaidia kuufanya ulimwengu kuwa mahali bora zaidi.

- HUED was trusted to design the virtual experience for Miro's annual Virtual Conference called Distributed 2020, which had 30K registrants. HUED created 55 Miro interactive & engaging boards for guests to use during the conference, to help them learn, network, and attend workshops. The experience designed was based on Space Theme which was highly appreciated by attendees. The participants had the pleasure to navigate from planet to planet to enter key event locations to explore and engage.

- HUED team utilised Adobe Illustrator program and Miro platform to create the 50 boards with all the spacial elements and visuals.

- The main obstacle of this project was the time difference between Riyadh and California which is 11 hours, and made the feedback loop more difficult
- Utafiti
- HUED team conducted desktop research to understand the nature of the Space Theme, and what elements can be used for the illustrations as well as what terminology and metaphors can be applied. The team used a Miro board to collect all findings, create a mood board and build a mind map of the ideas that can be applied for our design.
- Msukumo
- As the result of the global pandemic, organizations are struggling to get a good level of engagement from staff and public in their events in the virtual world, so the purpose was to deliver originality and an unforgettable immersive virtual experience that will fulfill the scope of the event, while having a low cost comparing to on-ground events. Given the opportunity, HUED decided to wow the attendees with an out of this world space experience with tailored activities that people love.
