Sipat Unik: This case is the first cultural tourism project of Longfor Properties, and the visitor center is the sales office most closely combined with nature. In addition to the display function of the sales building, it is also the best platform to view the lake. The roof has a strong landscape function, which not only has a sense of sculpture, but meets the sun shading requirements of the local climate. It is like a white leaf, floating quietly on the bank of Fuxian Lake.
Diménsi & Bungkusan: The length of the entire project is 245 meters, from the visitor center to the end of the ribbon structure. Téknologi Produksi: The dominant canopy hanging over the entrance is divided into a series of triangular mirror-finished stainless steel panels. Inspirasi: Fuxian Lake is a famous and precious conservatory water of my country. When the designer went on his first field trip to the site, he was astonished by its quietness and deepness. Therefore, he use the form of leaf on the site, and keep the arrangement as in-deliberate as possible. Using a soft curve connection that he called Jade ribbon to link adjoin spaces. Besides, huge amount of glazing is put on the ground floor to maintain a see through effect from any angle on the site to lake.
Durasi Proyék: The project started in March 2018 in Yuxi and finished in October 2019 in Yuxi.
Alur Operasi: In terms of the leaf roofing, the architects have pre-casted the steel sections and then fabricated PTFE fiberglass layers.
