Technically, integrating Chinese local travel APIs, many of which are not internationally accessible, with a multilingual conversational AI was a significant engineering obstacle. Foreign travelers in destinations face both simultaneously. This motivated a single intelligent companion that does not merely translate, but genuinely learns each traveler's preferences and guides them with the confidence of a knowledgeable local friend.
