Laguna 182 mangrupa hiji wangunan padumukan di Itajai, Santa Catarina, Brasil. Éta menara boga dua puluh salapan lantai jeung opat puluh hiji apartemen anu diatur dina opat welas denah lantai anu béda-béda, kalayan dua apartemen unggal lantai. Garis-garis anu ngalengkung jeung ngalikeuk ngawangun fasadna. Téras beton kantilever robah posisi dina unggal lantai, sahingga unggal apartemen boga taman pribadi. Tutuwuhan alami tumuwuh di sakuliah wangunan. Bahan-bahanana ngawengku beton, kaca, keramik, baja galvanis, bahan komposit aluminium jeung kai anu bersertifikat. Rarancang ieu miboga tujuan pikeun ngurangan dampak lingkungan jeung ngarojong rasa kabersamaan.

Sipat Unik: Through an outline of curved and sinuous lines, with an unique terraces that switch in different positions on each floor, providing that each apartment has its own private gardens. This movement flows vertically throughout the building, surrounded by natural vegetation that integrate and becoming a prominent element in architecture, in the quality of life, in the same way that the building impacts the relationship of users with the sustainability, community, architecture and urban spaces.
Diménsi & Bungkusan: The development consists of a residential building with twenty-nine floors, two apartment per floor. totalizing 41 apartments on 14 different floor plans.

Téknologi Produksi: Concrete Struture, Glass, Ceramic, Galvanized Steel, ACM (Aluminum Composite Material), Natural Plants, LED Light and certificate wood.
The choice of materials reflects its design: white; green (from natural vegetation), marble accompany the lightness of the project and the wood brings in its base, on the first floor, a warm color, a necessary human invitation on the building's sidewalk.
Tantangan Desain: The Challenge of this project is create a design that can be a landmark on the city and at the same time could impact the way of life of the users.
