Dipatlisiso: As medical expert recommended that the weight loading on back should not exceed 10-15% of body weight, a standard laid down for the sake of protecting spinal health and preventing back injuries. The attempt to carry a load exceeding the reasonable value may impose undue pressure and burden on the back and spine, as this may cause discomfort, pain or even injury.
