- Boleng bo Ikhethang
- The residential building site is behind a city park, filled with abundant greenery views and literati vibes. Cohering to both builder corporate vision and surroundings advantages, the design concept came from the Chinese word Qian, referring to the virtue of modesty in Eastern culture. Understanding this sales center represents the builder corporate identity and public persona, both exterior and interior design are in harmonious unison.
- Boholo le Phuthelo
- Construction area 500 square meter.
- Lithegi
- wood, glass, circles, linear arrangement
- Theknoloji ya Tlhahiso
- Without extravagant materials, this project imbues with orient literati ambiance, deeply rooted with philosophical undertones, merely built up in minimal forms: line and circle. Either the color or shape convey the core value of the property, sustaining a profound quality.
- Phephetso ya Moralo
- This sales center is a temporary building. Considering environmental-friendly aspects, both exterior and interior avoids excessively multiple material combinations. Instead, modest colors and wood veneer carpentry pervades all over spaces, lessening future demolish difficulties.
- Dipatlisiso
- Meanwhile, for the real estate sales concerns, seats and tables are compartmentalized into relatively sufficient segments. Both artistic identity and pragmatic layout were considered and fulfilled in execution.
- Kgothaletso
- The project name ‘Qian’ derives from the fifteenth hexagrams in , an ancient Chinese philosophy classic. Qian hexagram is composed of a set of broken linear combinations, with its lower trigram referring to mountain and the upper trigram meaning earth. Inspired by hexagram composition of line pieces in different lengths, the interior inherits linear and geometrical combinations, piling contour lines in varied displacement; dynamic rhythms are depicted between void and solid patterns.
- Nako ya Projeke
- Complete in November 2020, located in Taoyuan city, Taiwan
- Tsamaiso ya Mosebetsi
- In Chinese culture, the shape of circles symbolizes well-roundedness, perfect fullness, or complete merits. Pairing with arrays of orderly linear arrangement, overlapping circles form an artistic identity to the sales center. Either the color or shape conveys the core value of this project residential property, sustaining a profound quality.
