Dipatlisiso: Lovin Maris Villas is nestled on Gurpinar district and Buyukcekmece coast of the European side of Istanbul. While searching for architectural conception, we were trying to create simple and rational structures from the functionality, construction, and exploitation point of view. Homes feature balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows to provide the best view of the Sea of Marmara.
Kgothaletso: Quarks design concept for the project focuses on creating comfortable living spaces with dynamism brought by the creative use of different textures and materials.
Nako ya Projeke: The project started in August 2021 in Istanbul, Turkey, and will be finished in 2023. Currently, it is under construction.
Tsamaiso ya Mosebetsi: Each unit includes a living room, a dining area, four bedrooms, exclusive master bedrooms equipped with a steam room, and a family room with an open kitchen on the roof floor.
