Then, the system is established in the whole enterprise, laying the foundation for user experience improvement.
Kgothaletso: The meeting space is exposed to complex problems such as reservation, equipment and environment. The key to creating friendly environment rests in ensuring the privacy of meeting information as well as the good, intelligent and convenient use of the space. The intelligent meeting space is established based on transparent space use, intuitive information and friendly environment.
